I've absolutely loved the thread on crap stuff people have bought (and now know which washing machines/hoovers/deodorants to avoid).

Thought it might be interesting to see which products/appliances you love, be they beauty, household stuff, pet products, etc. Always useful to get 'thumbs-ups' from people. And as someone who rarely wears make-up (because I don't know what I'm buying/how to apply the damn stuff) it would be great to hear about essential beauty buys, rather than what the magazines tell us to buy. Beauty Editors seem to make a lot more money than most women.

For me it's my gadgets - iPod, Beats headphones (amazing sound quality on them) and my Kindle (even though I'm still buying stupid amounts of 'real' books too - they're so cheap in charity shops and supermarkets!).

So, what would/could you not be without?

Oh I love lush!
I have such sensitive skin :(
I know that anything I buy from there will not leave me a red blotchy mess.
Faves are the rose bath bombs, and rose Argan oil body creme.
The fresh farmacy soap is the best soap for sensitive skin I have ever used.
Liz Earle is the only face stuff I have found that I can use...can't use Clinique, boots protect and perfect...any of them...but liz Earle has made my skin healthier and better looking.
I am currently using aveeno as body lotion - I have a few excema patches ATM and its dealings with them beautifully.
I will have to try Freya bras...I am a FF cup too.

Just for their positive impact on my life, these two things stand out right at the top of the list:

---> Mooncup - amazing! So much better and cheaper than tampons!
---> Taking Charge of Your Fertility - utterly life changing book

Cosmetics and beauty products:

Liz Earle stuff
Monyette Paris perfume oil
Clinique naturally glossy mascara
John Masters Organics lip balm (recently replaced Burt's Bees as my fave!)
Neal's Yard rejuvenating geranium shampoo

Other good stuff:

My Kindle (not the backlit kind)
Midori Traveller's Notebook - scuffed, adored, packed to bursting point, brilliantly useful as it includes my diary
Klean Kanteen stainless steel Reflect water bottle
Le Creuset cast iron casserole dish
Any kind of decent stick blender makes life so much easier
Sub-Zero-G lightweight luggage
Freya bras
M&S thermal leggings
