To have told this woman she's a fecking bitch

I probably was a bit unreasonable BUT I double parked to leave dc (very small babies) in the car outside the fish and chip shop while I ran in and picked up order. Bitch car parking woman called out to me from her van as I was walking in the shop that I was parked on a double yellow. Literally 1 second later she was outside putting a ticket on my car and I was literally out of my car for 3 min while I picked up lunch. I was incensed that she wasn't even on patrol but had spotted me from her van and gone out of her sodding way to give me a ticket. I was so angry I called her a fecking bitch and threw the ticket on the floor. Dc too young to notice. Bit embarrassed about anyone else who saw though. Miserable cow!

My goat is BF the DCs

toddlerama · 23/10/2012 14:33

I can't tear my eyes away! OP, say something else Grin

hobnobsaremyfavourite · 23/10/2012 14:33

This thread should be listed under "How not to troll"

MrTumblesCrackWhore · 23/10/2012 14:34

You are not being unreasonable. FWIW I think the pope is muslim.

ClippedPhoenix · 23/10/2012 14:34

I'd prefer to think that the OP is having a bad day I recognise myself in her when PMT

Traffic Wardens are not on my list of favourite people due to a few run-ins I've had and I'd also prefer to imagine that the Warden was off duty, saw an opportunity, became excited by the prospect of landing another ticket, hence swung into jobsworthy action Grin

LRDtheFeministDragon · 23/10/2012 14:34

Ahhh, you may be right there hobnobs. I always felt she had a Mitmoo-ish feeling to her.

mrsfuzzy · 23/10/2012 14:34

everyone is missimg the point here, our perfect mother didn't see the yellow lines until they were pointed out to her, well all i can say is, should have gone to spec savers! this thread rocks! there are some great thoughts on here, but ladies we can't all aspire to this level of role model of motherhood so don't try, failure may result in tears. oh, and binky what have goats ever done to you?? i think the words you are looking for are scummy chavs. yes, report me for saying what others think, such fun. [oddly enough i'm a new person until read lead threads like this one.]

lisaro · 23/10/2012 14:34

I thought half term was next week.

Ullena · 23/10/2012 14:35

Perhaps the poor warden was not permitted fish and chips...

Viviennemary · 23/10/2012 14:35

You shouldn't have left your small DC's in the car. And you parked illegally so got a parking ticket.

FrustratedSycamoreBonks · 23/10/2012 14:35

Co-sleeping and controlled-crying: isn't that rather a contradiction in parenting terms? Anyone actually done it?
Is that actually possible? baroness

LRDtheFeministDragon · 23/10/2012 14:35

I may have to go down the chippy for my tea. Can someone lend me a car, a baby, some yellow paint and a shit attitude? Gotta do it right.

I wouldn't ask, only we're pushed until payday and really need some spare cash.

ChaoticismyLife · 23/10/2012 14:36

Rereading the OP's second post the only thing I did on there was ff...yes, shock horror Shock Despite my benign neglect over the years they're still alive and well...I must be going wrong somewhere Hmm

I am supposed to be working and this is not helpful!!

gnushoes · 23/10/2012 14:36

Perhaps the chippy should get some P and C parking?

picnicbasketcase · 23/10/2012 14:37

Oh, the smelly socks. The odour is enough to make your eyes water, not to mention put you off your chips.

Bubblemoon · 23/10/2012 14:37

Just spent an enlightening few moments reading the OPs other threads. Am I allowed to say dreadful?

SugariceAndScary · 23/10/2012 14:37

There's nothing like a car parking ishoo to get the blood up Grin.

Now, where's my camera to catch the parking eejits round by me at home time Wink.

hobnobsaremyfavourite · 23/10/2012 14:37

Oh good god no please no more establishments with P and C spaces. Can you imagine how many threads would be started.

TunaPastaBake · 23/10/2012 14:37

Double yellow lines are not enforceable outside chip shops Grin

ExitPursuedByAaaaaarGhoul · 23/10/2012 14:37

Waves to Everlong

Two bloody weeks! They have only just gone back haven't they?

hobnobsaremyfavourite · 23/10/2012 14:37

Does the OP have "form" in these here parts??

DolomitesDonkey · 23/10/2012 14:37

To be fair, my kids are only crying because I'm shagging someone else's husband in my bed.

Nubbler · 23/10/2012 14:38

YABU but I see your point and frustration. Sadly we do not live in a world where you can just pop for a second into a shop. We all have to park miles away and walk just for a momentary chore. You were abusive though, work on this in future.
