To say that I think Kate Middleton looks like she has an eating disorder?

Umm skinny's not the word. Possibly and probably a size zero? Not natural/down to fast metabolism either as she used to be 'bigger'. That waist is thinner than my thigh by a long shot. Even DH said about it this morning and he's generally not interested in that sort of thing.

Don't understand why it hasn't even been mentioned in the press? I'm confident that any other celeb/person in the public eye would be questioned/accused of being anorexic.

I wonder what her BMI is? I would suggest dangerously low, NOT a good example IMO. However, gorgeous teal dress :)

A big fat HA! to William rivalling Jason Statham, although, you never know!

You are right he needs to get as far away as possible from resembling that Prince Edward. Ick! I'll take the clippers to his head if he's too scaredy to do it himself.

I'm not a fan of her hair or eyeliner. The eyeliner can look a bit hard and the hair is too swishy and fussy for me.

Also glad I'm not in public eye.

LucyGoose · 15/05/2012 15:32

Do you think the eyeliner is too heavy valiumredhead? It could do with maybe a bit of smudging so it doesn't look like it was just drawn on.

God I feel horrible now, commenting on this poor girl who seems to be very nice and is just doing the best she can.

And yes, I am SO glad I am not in the public eye - my makeup is nonexistent today and hair was just tied back after the shower.

valiumredhead · 15/05/2012 15:39

I think she looks gaunt and drawn and the eyeliner makes her look older than she is. She looks lovely in older photos, healthy and relaxed, the poor girl looks completely on edge these days. Again, I am glad I am not in the public eye. Won't have a word said against her hair though, I thinks it's gorgeous Grin

I really must go and do something constructive with my day...

Aaaaaaggggghhhhhhhhhh! Spice17! What the heck? Yes she's very slim but come on, an eating disorder? That really annoys me to be honest. She looks perfectly healthy and slender and her outfits look fantastic on her. Surely society in general should be more concerned about the millions of overweight people out there, and most of the ones I see in my area are REALLY overweight, not just a bit. I think she possibly stands out because she does not follow the norm these days. Take a look at 'Top of the Pops' repeats, currently in rerunning the late 70's and the dancers and the singers are nearly all very slim and look great.

Leave Princess Kate alone please!

sensesworkingovertime · 15/05/2012 16:44

P.S Just seen the comments re the eyeliner and yes that is a bit much, she would look better with less or none.

valiumredhead · 15/05/2012 16:49

Is she is a dancer or a singer? Confused

valiumredhead · 15/05/2012 16:50

People are concerned because she has lost a lot of weight recently, not that she has always been slim. She has always been slim but now she is very slim.

valiumredhead · 15/05/2012 16:51

So it's ok to comment on her eyeliner but not her figure sense? Wink

You can clearly see her leg through the dress in this pic Plenty of thigh muscle there IMO. In real life she strikes you as very tall and slim but to be honest no slimmer than I was pre- children. I saw a pic of myself on honeymoon in bikini and was quite Shock (No more due to hip spread and too many evenings exhausted in front of telly! and general can't be botheredness :o)
