Having had all my DC through the sun roof as it were, my pelvic floor is like iron, therefore, the loo dash works for me :o

we do it at the mo coz we are TTCing, we have a special pillow for it though (think the cat sleeps on it usually ) we also have a toilet roll handy to keep everything in afterwards!

I think it depends on contraception too.

If you have a mucus plug (bleugh) from taking the pill, then I guess it stops all the gunk from getting higher.

And what goes up must come down...

It helped me conceive both times, only done it three times and got pregnant twice, so look out if you are not TTC!!
