I think it's very pretty. Mine will be similar but short and with a big skirt!

Why do you think you have got it wrong?

Smellslikecatspee · 18/02/2012 23:18

I think it looks beautiful.

Simple witha twist

I'm sure you'll look fab

ziggyf · 18/02/2012 23:18

Just goes to home page....

keepingupwiththejoneses · 18/02/2012 23:18

That is a really lovely dress. I would say you are just having a case of the jitters. It will look amazing on the day.
When I picked my dress up I have a bit of a wobble too. I had gone for a full blown princess cut dress and I was getting married in Jamaica.

holidaywoe · 18/02/2012 23:20

Wah! I can't see just goes to a homepage maybe cos on phone

ChaoticAngel · 18/02/2012 23:21

I like it :)

What about it don't you like?

SmethwickBelle · 18/02/2012 23:22

Mine was quite plain and I WISH I had gone for a little more tulle, I mean its one day when you can wear a showstopping dress so why not!

There is plenty you can do to de-tulle-ify... Lose the veil and make sure your hair and accessories are minimal and I am sure you can work it. If you've got an immense bouquet or order maybe thin it down.

I think its normal to have niggling doubts - I was obsessed with imaginary creases on the paperflat front of my completely plain dress.

TheOriginalNutcracker · 18/02/2012 23:23

That is beautiful

OAM2009 · 18/02/2012 23:23

The Bering dress is absolutely beautiful. If that's your dress, you can't fail to look amazing Smile

lashingsofbingeinghere · 18/02/2012 23:23

It's beautiful! Remember that you will have your hair and makeup done and so be looking extra fabulous anyway. Hope you have a wonderful day OP.

pooka · 18/02/2012 23:23

If you change language and then click on the collection tab in middle of page, then look st costura collection, the Bering is about 4 in. On iPad/mobile.

Pandygirl · 18/02/2012 23:23

Its gorgeous, and actually quite simple. I don't know why you'd be worried.

OhCobblers · 18/02/2012 23:23

I think its beautiful. So much so that i prefer it to my own wedding dress!
I'd wear that without a doubt.
You will look stunning - good luck for your wedding day Smile

Dalrymps · 18/02/2012 23:26

It's lovely, quite vintagey tooSmile

Heswall · 18/02/2012 23:26

This happens to everyone, I promise.

I am just so glad I got married before big fat gypsy wedding hit the screens because mine wasn't that dissimilar to some we've seen-

Dotty0 · 18/02/2012 23:28

I think it's lovely :)

Northernlurker · 18/02/2012 23:28

It's beautiful. You picked it because it's stunning and this is the one day in your life when your whole being should shout 'Look at me, I am amazing, I have an amazing man, look at me and be impressed' Grin

You have lovely taste. Enjoy it.

Cathycomehome · 18/02/2012 23:29

I think that dress is gorgeous! In the highly unlikely event that I ever got married, I'd LOVE to wear that.

Well done, and have a lovely day looking fabulous.

Antalya1 · 18/02/2012 23:29

I need to add that I'm in mid-forties, mines a size 14, I look nothing like the model in the picture and it's a civel ceromony in a hotel...why on earth when I loved it so much six months ago have I got the jitters now...I feel so guilty about the cost!!

sayithowitis · 18/02/2012 23:30

Wow! that dress is stunningly beautiful! I'd almost consider divorcing DH and re-marrying him just to be able to wear that!

I don't think there is a bride on this planet who doesn't at some point, have massive doubts about the dress. I know I did. But on The Day, honestly, you forget the doubts as soon as you see yourself dressed, hair done, make up on, flowers (and veil/headdress in place) and you will just know that you made absolutely the right choice.

ballstoit · 18/02/2012 23:30

I think the dress is gorgeous.

If it helps, I didn't have a wobble about my dress at all, but did have a wobble about the groom...which it turns out was justified. Clearly, if you're wobbling about the dress, you are very happy with the husband-to-be Grin

Heswall · 18/02/2012 23:31

You need lots of early nights not fretting at 11.30pm 5 weeks before the wedding.

badtasteflump · 18/02/2012 23:31

I love it - I was expecting to see a big frumf of skirt with a bodice

lovebeinganana · 18/02/2012 23:32

Gorgeous. so much so I can't wait to show my dd who is getting married next year.

trumpton · 18/02/2012 23:32
