Odd question, didn't want to put it in BF since that seems to be about mums currently BFing rather than post. Maybe not.

I was 34C prior to DC1, 34D during pregnancy, didn't BF and returned to 34C once I lost baby weight.

34D again during 2nd pregnancy, did BF DC2 and 4 months on from stopping, am a small 34B, i.e. small as in empty and just about 34B.

A friend told me that up to 6 months post-BF, they can return to pre-pg size. Did anyone experience this? Do I sound pathetic, checking the poor things everyday to see if they have gained that elusive cup size?

34a before first c whilst feeding
b until next pregnancy then up to d
now 34c about 6m after finishing

mousymouseafraidofdogs · 10/02/2012 21:09

not too saggy, but not quite pert either

PreviouslyonLost · 10/02/2012 21:10

34C and very perky pre-breast feeding two DCs - now 36E, and still pretty perky.

Delighted with my post-baby feeding breasts, but like NorthernWreck, my face has borne the brunt of sleepless nights, and NOT near the road/water etc, mama dramas Grin

BiWinning · 10/02/2012 21:10

36C before pregnancy. 38D during. 38E while breastfeeding and now they're a saggy, baggy and flat 38D. I don't go anywhere without a padded push up bra so they're not so spaniel eared.

TheBreastmilksOnMe · 10/02/2012 21:14

I don't think bfing actually has much of an effect on sagginess as they are going to swell up and produce milk whther you end up bfing or not. It's pregnancy that causes the initial changes, weight gain and weight loss and have an effect on the elasticity.

bigheartedwoman · 10/02/2012 21:16

(hands bunbaker some of mine! Grin

Beamur · 10/02/2012 21:18

Mine have gone up a cup size but are still fairly perky. Not bad for a 40ish yr old. I still pass the pencil test.

EquestrianStatue · 10/02/2012 21:18

Mine don't seem any different really (34GG here). I can say this with some confidence as I am still BFing DS2 (16mo) but have only fed him off one side for the past 8 months - and both norks look the same to me!

Madinitials · 10/02/2012 21:20

Hecate just sprayed my wine at your post and rather disappointed as it was the last of the bottle.

So Envy at you who have a bigger and nearly as perky chest but if it's a toss up between that and a gorgeous face, I'll have to just keep my beauty queen looks [preens]. Scratch that, just give me the 34DDs!

Wore a sports bra yesterday and I had two backs! I was actually a bit cross when I looked in the mirror. They used to be so damned perky...

Much saggier now. Sadly I have photographic evidence of this. Went for medical photos on my upper body before I got pregnant (because I have a lot of moles) and then back for a check up after the baby.

I think the patients in the corridor heard my howl of horror when i realised what the difference was.

Personally I think all small breasted but pert women should be issued with a certificate saying they look great, stop fantasising about having bigger ones!
Sorry, I'm going off topic. But another side is that I BF for 18 months from the right hand side only. At the time things were v lopsided (and shoot me but i was hoping I might get a free op to even things out) but now you could never tell.

chocolategateaudeluxe · 10/02/2012 21:21

32A pre kids, went up to 32A-B during my two pregnancies, up to 32B-C during the first weeks of BF then down to 32AA after a couple of months (BF THREE (!) years each kid so WELL used), now almost 32A again, but with gaining a stone compared to pre kids...

They seem a little sagier at the top in particular, was quite pert pre BF, but then, I'm EIGHT years older...

Madinitials · 10/02/2012 21:22

Previously 34C to a 36E? You're just showing off now!

Almostfifty · 10/02/2012 21:22

34C.

Four children, all breastfed for at least two months, last two for eight months.

Back to 34C.

Hysterectomy, went onto HRT.

I am now a 34D.

Apparently, they're still 'presentable'. :o

redbunnyfruitcake · 10/02/2012 21:23

Mine were 34DD before, 36DD during and am now 32D so all in all not alot of change. As for shape they went really floppy after I stopped feeding at 9 months (think snooker ball in a sock) then filled out again in a few months. They now look like they did previously bar a few silvery stretch marks in bad lighting. Still happy with them though.

ReindeerBollocks · 10/02/2012 21:24

I was a 28F before bf and have reduced to a 30D. DH is most disappointed. They still are fairly pointy but one feels more deflated than the other. I would like surgery to even them out but I'm not prepared to take the risk.

AuntingCarse · 10/02/2012 21:30

Was a 34B before my first child 18½ years ago, had another a year later and another almost 2 years after that and was a 34D at the end of that, still pert. Had my last child 3 years ago went up a cup size for a bit, but now 34D and they've served me well Grin, and are still pretty decent really.

LittleTyga · 10/02/2012 21:38

Was a tiny 30A before DD1 - swelled to 32E then down to 30C - 2nd DD was 30C went up to 36E now I'm a (still pert) 34C, no sagging or empty feeling!

Flisspaps · 10/02/2012 21:43

Saggy 36D before DD, up to 40E when BF, down to 40C and currently 38DD (probably due to lack of food in the first trimester and baby being rather low. Bit like my boobs)

PreviouslyonLost · 10/02/2012 21:44

Madinitials Cup size increase came hand in hand with larger EVERYTHING else after DC2 - but by then I'd moved to a very rural area where walking is NOT an option (no pavements within 7 miles) - car everytime for even a pint of milk, hence bigger breasts, et al. (Still perky tho')

Certain breasts will head south of the Watford gap once I attempt to stop drinking red wine make an effort to herd DCs from speeding country traffic on long country walks, and lose my chublette spread.

(p.s I DO wear a bra 24-7, and ALWAYS have - freaks me out to be bra-less. Whipped off for bath/shower/rare moments of marital ecstacy ...but strapped in, and up, the rest of the time Grin

Madinitials · 10/02/2012 21:44

I'm probably getting obsessed by this but those of you who have bigger cups now or even the same size, are you back to your pre-pg size/weight?

NO!

CrabbyBigbottom · 10/02/2012 21:52

32D at my smallest, 32DD - F at various points. 32G - GG when pregnant and BF. Always pertish considering size, but nipples sadly southerly placed. Sad

Lost some fullness and pertness after 18months BF. Nipples still sadly placed as above. Now 32 E-F, depending on point in cycle (have both bra sizes in stock). Skin unpleasantly crepey lately, and strange inflammatory breast cancer itchy rash that I just mentioned to the GP. Sad

blackeyedsusan · 10/02/2012 21:53

they went south and after 3 1/2 years of feeding with 2 children the nipples are enormous.

they also get prodded and occasionally an attempt is made to pull them out of my bra. (perils of extended breastfeeding, if you leave it too long, they remember!)

ReindeerBollocks · 10/02/2012 21:55

I am lighter than my pre pregnancy weight by about a stone, which I hope to gain back this year, fingers crossed the boobage increase again too.

CrabbyBigbottom · 10/02/2012 21:55

BTW does everyone realise that if you go up a chest size, you'd go down a cup size to maintain the same overall size and shape?
