In thinking he should call my lecturer and tell them what he did?

During an argument DP came over my assignment. I could have re-printed it but it was actually on the tutor mark paper which had been signed. There is no way I can hand it in like that and it needs to be in for friday. He has apologised but this doesn't solve my problem. I have said I will forgive him if he sorts it out for me. He says he can't but he doesn't even seem willing to try.

OMG I am sat in a different office than mine and have just cried with laughter. They are now all looking at me as though I am simple!

Please please please come back and explain yourself lorita!

iwanttoseethezoo · 14/06/2011 14:42

marking place!

bullet234 · 14/06/2011 14:44

Well he clearly rose to the occasion there, didn't he?

AuntieMonica · 14/06/2011 14:44

predictive text comes up with

'band'
'cane'
'bane'
'acne'
'cand'
'abod'

did he squeeze a mahoosive spot out over it?

WhimsicalTrifle · 14/06/2011 14:45

Babyheave - not a summary; surely it's a cummary?

(Sorry)

IDrinkFromTheirSkulls · 14/06/2011 14:45

Are you a fellow Horrible Histories fan then LadyFlumpalot? Wink

memphis83 · 14/06/2011 14:46

still laughing at Im so angry I just have to wank Grin

ASecretLemonadeDrinker · 14/06/2011 14:46

literally roffle @ the "anger wank". Was he flustered during the arguement and didn't know what to say or do, so just started tossing himself off over your work??! HAHA, this has made me smile!

katieconundrum · 14/06/2011 14:47

'.......he doesn't seem willing to try.'

This is hilarious!!

Buda · 14/06/2011 14:47

You know, you think you have read it all on Mumsnet. And then you realise you haven't.

I did once have a teacher who had to confess that her dog had eaten someone's homework. She was actually a trainee teacher at the time and her sister was in our yeargroup so lots of us knew her well. She was still mortified.

Not as much as the OP though I think.

towardsZero · 14/06/2011 14:49

DH been annoyed and bit testy with me as I've been coming to bed this week very late, and disturbing him unintentionally, as I'm trying to finish a bloody essay. Is this the solution for us?

juneybean · 14/06/2011 14:50

Is it because you didn't buy him a wank sock?

shakey1500 · 14/06/2011 14:50

Fantastic :)

I don't even mind that my mascara is dripping down my cheeks.

culturemulcher · 14/06/2011 14:51

the best explanation yet, juneybean

Threadworm8 · 14/06/2011 14:51

I'm really hoping that this is a spoof or a typo, because the idea of a man sexualising his anger in a way that at least symbolically destroys something that is likely very important to his partner is really very disturbing indeed. Sorry about what your ex did Mamazon. That must have been devastating.

culturemulcher · 14/06/2011 14:53

I'm still trying to imagine the conversation OP's DP is supposed to have with her tutor. Well, you see, we were having an argument and you know how it is...

MrsChemist · 14/06/2011 14:53

I can just imagine him shouting, 'sometimes you make me so angry I could spaff!'

Then he fwaps one out over the essay.

FunnysInTheGarden · 14/06/2011 14:53

I haven't laugh this much in an age. There is just NO other explanation/typo.

eurochick · 14/06/2011 14:54

Erm......

worraliberty · 14/06/2011 14:54

I wish I'd opened this thread sooner...I've literally got tears of laughter here at the OP Grin

Baronetdawntigga · 14/06/2011 14:55

One wonders if he lists that as a skill on his CV.

Melly19MummyToBe · 14/06/2011 14:55

How truly odd. Only on Mumsnet :o

TandB · 14/06/2011 14:56

Unfortunately the last (and only) thread by this OP was a wind-up. I don't think she will be back to explain!

FunnysInTheGarden · 14/06/2011 14:56

OP's name is Dorkus apparently..................I smell a rat..........

culturemulcher · 14/06/2011 14:56

Maybe we're all looking at this the wrong way round. Maybe 'came' is correct, but it's 'arguing' that's the typo?

During an __ DP came over my assignment.

Amorous encounter?
Ardent moment?
Arguably the best sex ever?
