Wash my mouth out for saying it but their wedding outfits were completely unflattering. Someone should offer them style advice.

Well I am sure they do! Because it points out that they are possibly not deserving of their outrageous wealth and position when they have done nothing to earn it.

Equally, by "an accident of birth" a child may be born into a poor struggling family in an area where there are no jobs and may end up having a hard and difficult life.

Accident of birth: Why was I born into a middle class white family in the home counties and not somewhere like Afghanistan, Zaire or Cornwall? It wasn't anything I did. Just 'luck'.

They look OK in the Daily Mail pics in the daylight. Beatrice has too much eye make up on but in the daylight pictures it's OK. But in the gloom of the Abbey, sat behind the Queen, she looked like Swiper the Fox.

I was giving the view of my customers, unfortunately based on fact how British women are seen in particular by Italian, French and Japanese. It's not very flattering but they do laugh at us, that's no secret is it? I remember being with a group of well dressed Italian women and they were rolling around laughing talking about the Queen's hats but I just thought sometimes Italian women try too hard and look a bit like mutton dressed as lamb. Some Japanese men can't understand why British women like to be so heavy, they think it's lack of self control which they do find shocking.

If they're ugly who really cares TBH, plenty of ugly people around.

they should get a style advisor or sack any they have. They cannot wear frumpy or Jackie Kennedy style pared down suits and the frumpy school prom number is totally wrong too.

I really like those two, they are so alive . I prefer that too the kind of controlled (slightly starved) and quiet look of a Princess Letizia or Sophie. They look like a good time waiting to happen, like they could thump you on the knee and burst out laughing. I like them.

Thought the one in blue looked fantastic myself. Good for them for having fun with their outfits.I admire their spirit in the face of a critical world that loves a bit of princessbashing.
