I know this is really unkind but Beatrice and Eugenie looked like the 2 ugly sisters

Wash my mouth out for saying it but their wedding outfits were completely unflattering. Someone should offer them style advice.

Yes breathing they're very young still...the beig outfit was nice....I do wonder why they werent bette guided. It's not on le your kids into the publi arena to be made fun of. They'e a bit like those two sisters from Lark Rise aren't they?

AT the prewedding party they both looked gorgeous, at the wedding they looked like they had raided Mum's wardrobe and were playing at being grown up's, way too frumpy for young ladies.

How do those hats stay on (including VB in thsi)
Are they on elastic that goes all the way round the back of the head?
Or are they superglued on, and will only come off once enough skin cells have been shed?

They both looked like their mother dressed them this morning.

Which is a shame as they are pretty.

It's a shame isn't it, as in fact both are striking, Beatrice especially has a lovely figure that would look good in many outfits.

Cannot stand that hat on the forhead look (see Posh as well) arrrgh!

Agree about the fantastic legs but they did look awful and they are both pretty (and by all accounts very lovely) young ladies.

Liked the blue outfit (bit not the headgear), but the other one looked awful!

Very old fashioned looking (rather than vintage which is what Edith Bowman was wearing and I think she looked awful as well)

yy whitebum - you prob couldn't see it because I arsed up the link but I said at the end it was prob. airbrushed but still, she is pretty and has a great figure so there is no need for her to have looked so pants. Why didn't anyone tell her (and t'other one) how ridiculous they looked?!
It probably didn't help that they were both wearing eccentric outfits and sitting together.

the hats were bloody awful. the thing is, as has been said above, it's not like they just don't give a shit in a Princess Anne way (who clearly could not be less interested in what she wears/fashions etc) they clearly do put some effort it, they just seem to have no style. Or any idea of what suits them.

beatrice's outfit would have looked fine - if you look neck downwards its fine. a little plain perhaps, but perfectly ok. Had she worn the right hat.

eugenie (who I think is v pretty) just looked totally wrong. skirt looked like she'd hemmed it herself. Hat awful. Shoes didn't match.

They look terrible, esp when compared to the Spencer sisters who are a similar age.

I liked the colour of Beatrice's outfit, hat was a bit mad. But her makeup was terrible, made her look tired. She needs to lose the nude lipstick. Eugenie is a very pretty girl but for Vivienne Westwood that outfit was dreadful. I can't imagine who it would have looked good on. Shame because Eugenie looks like she could properly fill a Viv Westwood frock and look great.

you're totally right about beatrice's makeup - I think because she's got quite a big grin, someone has told her to keep her lipstick neutral, which is a mistake, she needs something with a bit more colour, and less eyeliner otherwise she ends up looking like a bushbaby with 2 big eyes...

eugenie looks so fab here last night. beatrice doesn't look bad either, though the make up still wrong.

They're not young though...they're 21 and 22 years old....who I'd have thought had a million dresses to choose from. My 6 year olds sundresses from tesco look nicer......think of the fashionable 20 somethings of the world. Very disappointing...they looked daft!

Hatesponge Eugenie does look good in that black dress... that looks more like a Vivienne Westwood and the corset bit really suits her.

They are both far from ugly. Eugenie in particular has a lovely face I think.

She looks fab in the black dress, and the make-up on both girls is so much better too. How did they get it so badly wrong.

On another note...I thought the Spencer sisters looked fabulous....and of course Kates sister was just stunning!!!!

I think the OP is unfair to call them ugly sisters, they can't help their looks but agree that the outfits did not help, ghastly.

I think that they are lovely but they need some clothing advice. (why don't they get any?)

I don't think the "ugly sisters" comment refers to their looks but to the fact that they looked like something out of pantomime.
