I know this is really unkind but Beatrice and Eugenie looked like the 2 ugly sisters

Wash my mouth out for saying it but their wedding outfits were completely unflattering. Someone should offer them style advice.

It is a shame as they are both attractive young ladies. But their clothing was the most unflattering I've seen for a long time.

Eugenie's was far too tight across her breasts and the colours were awful and too old for her.

Beatrice's outfit was ok, but the hat ruined it. It hid her face.

It obviosuly cost a lot of money to look that cheap and nasty.

I think Eugenie is actually really pretty when she gets it right.

Well "Soldiers", their parents separated nearly 20 years ago and divorced over 10 years ago. They both know that, they aren't deaf and blind.

Why the hell should Sarah Ferguson be invited to Royal occasions when she's divorced from Prince Andrew.

Are any of you on this thread divorcees? Are you still hanging around your ex in-laws and being treated like one of the family as if nothing ever happened?

This is the woman who was caught recently trying to sell access to Andrew for cash. They can't invite her!

It's just irritating. Every time there is a royal event, it's all over the papers that fergie wasn't invited.... Why would it be hard on the children who know their parents have been divorced for around 15 years.

Perhaps some people would be invited to their ex husbands, nephews wedding. But I doubt it.

They looked dreadful and were dressed way beyond their years. I think Pippa Middleton ought to take them in hand! She looked amazing.

what is it with these hats that go straight on the front of your head, VB looked great apart from the ridiculous hat. Beatrice really did look like something from dr who!

I think they looked terrible; both are hefty and Beatrice has pop eyes. Eugenie is prettier. Beatrice's outfit would be more appropriate for Camilla- minus the hat, which was vile. The other dress seemed to have a hem coming undone. love to know how much they paid to look so dreadful.

Yes I agree those forehead hats might be 'fashion forward' but are not atractive or stylish in the slightest

The irony is the "commoners" Carol and Pippa looked much better dressed than two Princesses.

TPT hideous! I thought eugenie and beatrice were ok certainly don't deserve the pasting they are getting. I don't think Pippa M dress was formal enough it was kind of footballers girlfriendy although she has an amazing figure. VB looked nice i thought

well Beatrice and Eugenie can wear what they want because they will still be royal no matter what, but the Middletons probably feel that they have to dress carefully so as not to show Kate up.
I loved Kate's dress but its message was very much 'I will be a well-behaved future queen.'

Those hats are seriously not flattering are they.

It is a shame that they are called ugly sisters, like I have said they are far from ugly, but they do look lumpen in a particularly comedic way.

I liked Tara P-T's outfit - mad, but then she is mad, so it suited her.

I love that quote by the celebrity stylist in the link about the hat being "perhaps the wrong shape for her face" - I would be interested to see the sort of person whose face was the right shape for that hat.....

Nice to see the royal wedding bringing out the best in people You're right OP, it is unkind, and a lot of the comments on this thread are really shocking. Cuss people's clothes by all means, but saying they look fat/dumpy/ugly/whatever is a bit shit.

I agree that neither outfit was in the least bit flattering, btw - they both could have done better. But then a lot of the clothes worn today bored the tits off me, as has all the bloody blah about who's not wearing a hat or who's showing some cleavage. At least Beatrice and Eugenie's clothes were entertaining

I think they are pretty girls but the outfits were blah. Someone said earlier they would have looked nicer with something from Coast.... totally agree.

What was with VB's hat though?? Loved the dress but the hat made it look ridiculous. SamCam looked nice though - you wouldn't have thought she recently had a baby.....

I think they looked quite nice. They are only young girls. Apparantly they are stunning close up and in real life and have great skin though don't necessarily photograph well. Beatrice's boyfriend is very good looking.

I LOVE the hats on the forehead look. I think TPT was smart but her outfit more suited to a less formal occasion. SamCam should have worn a hat; she could also have worn one which would have lifted her rather long face. VB looked good but would have been better with a bun rather than a pony tail, and could have used a flash of colour somewhere to good effect, like Miriam Durantez. Sally Bercow's dress was tarty and made her look lumpy with too much white and pale flesh colour around. Really not smart.
