some of the opinions posted are hideously ignorant, largly offensive show the poster to be a cunt.

it has nothing to do with polictical correctness or netmums fluffyness.

it is all to do with the poster being a total and utter wanker

No, Ojustshoootme, you didn't say all, just the majority. That makes it all OK. Hmm

Oh, god, I can't read all of this thread on top of the threads in question AND the other thread about those threads!

Suffice to say, I am a moderately PC cunt.

LOL - me too Grace - I've got better things to do than converse with strangers all bloody night about all this nonsense.

Like Wine or Wine Wine whilst enthusing over the Elizabeth 2nd Bridge with DH

ADHD is a medical condition.

it is not caused by bad parenting, junk food or watching too much tv.

FFS!

I haven't disagreed with this fact!!

I KNOW IT IS!

PaisleyLeaf · 08/02/2011 21:38

But aren't there children out there suffering due to poor parenting? Lack of proper sleep, poor diet, manic households etc.
These things do have an effect and sometimes these children display symptoms such as difficulty concentrating/clumsiness/lack of boundaries etc.
Is that not true?

I would hope that it's clear that I by no means think that all children with ADHD are struggling against poor parenting.

Just that however they've arrived at this point. They should get help.

penelopestitsdropped · 08/02/2011 21:59

there are indeed children who have challenging behaviour due to difficult home life, poor diet and inadequate parenting.

They don't necessarily have ADHD though.
