Women who smoke when pregnant are selfish, irresponsible fuckwits

...and so are parents who smoke around their babies/children. I see soooooo many parents pushing prams and smoking or driving and smoking with babies in their car seats etc.

And the number of times I have seen pregnant women having a fag...

Selfish, irresponsible fuckwits

And for the record, I am an ex smoker. I LOVED smoking but stopped before I starte trying for a baby as it was, and is not, fair to inflict my selfish habit on my babies.

What do you say about women who get pregnant and have conditions that could put their unborn child at risk OP?

Say heart conditions or epilepsy or diabetes?

Should only 'perfect' women be allowed to have children.

Maybe if you were being less obnoxious people might actually want to have a serious and sensible debate with you.

I wonder how bad it is for a child to have a chippy, rude mum who picks fights for fun?

If I were judgmental for no reason, I'd wonder how long it'd take for such a mother to pick a fight with her own children.

calling everyone a fuckwit really wont win you any friends nor get many people to agree with you!! and i dont get the impression that anyone who replied so far was trying to justify it, merely stating that its not always as easy as just givng it up. as an ex smoker yourself, im sure you must appreciate that?! Confused but then, i have heard it said that there is no-one more self-righteous than an ex smoker...
