@MamaBear81 I had a non molestation order and occupation order put in place before any decision was made about charging my husband. The fact that he has pleaded guilty to charges must be a major factor towards them being granted. Do pm me if you would like to chat, I’m happy to share my experience. Sorry that you have had to go through this. X

I’m so sorry @MamaBear81 to hear what an awful time you have been having. Absolutely disgusting that he attacked you, let alone while holding such a young DD. I hope you get allocated really good support from the domestic abuse service. Sending hugs
