Meeting my daughter tomorrow - at bloody last!!!

Hiya

Just cannot contain myself and need to announce to the world! We've been trying for a family for over eight years, and FINALLY we will be meeting our lovely daughter (13 months old) tomorrow!!!!

Hooray!!!

I will finally be a mummy!

Pumpup, I am so thrilled for you, and your DD, you sound like you are doing an amazing job. And yes, the poo will definitely get easier to deal with!!

Hi folks

It's two weeks tomorrow that Pumplet moved in and I think we have experienced every emotion possible in the last two weeks... Things are going really well. She seems to feel at home here, and we are feeling like a proper family. I think we're starting to feel like this is our life rather than one that we've borrowed, which is a good step forward. I am very happy, very proud of my new family, including dh, but also starting to feel the reality of being a Mum...

So I think it's time to draw this introduction thread to a close, and I will see you on the other threads (when I can stay awake long enough to do some mumsnetting!)...

Thank you for your company in this exciting, giddying, confusing and momentous time in my life!
