Meeting my daughter tomorrow - at bloody last!!!

Just cannot contain myself and need to announce to the world! We've been trying for a family for over eight years, and FINALLY we will be meeting our lovely daughter (13 months old) tomorrow!!!!

today is the 29th! So the introduction week must be over! Would be nice to hear from you again!!

OK, now THIS has been the best day of my life!!! Little Pumplet (love that, thanks!) was asleep at 8:25, and I don't know what time she will be up tomorrow, so am going to try to sleep too if I can.

What a beautiful thread. I am sitting here with my sleeping 4 month old dd in my arms shedding a few tears. It's my birthday today but am thinking that this morning must feel like all yours have come at once! Have a lovely day.

Try to shut your nose off and breathe through your mouth only, it works, believe me, no one likes to smell that!
There is no getting used to it, have two babywipes at the ready, wipe first with the front of nappy, and then whip the nice smelling wipes across bum, scoop into nappy and shut them in nappy, taping it shut. Then if still not clean, you can use another wipe. Best cream is Sudocreme, I call it 'magic cream', my DC know what I mean! Good luck with pumplet!
