If there is a thread on this already I apologise.

www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-11857821/China-warns-AUKUS-deal-going-dangerous-path.html

There has been talk for a very long time, so it's no surprise. I understand we will be at war with them in possibly 18 plus months.

I gather we obtain a lot of pharma drugs from India.

I don't know a great deal about trade with China and who they can control trade with us if at war.

I understand they are in BRICS so those countries loyalty is likely to China.

What can be done on a personal level to deal with the potential changes in trade?

Analysts at the US think tank Institute for War said the risk of escalation to nuclear war following the announcement remained "extremely low".

BBC reporting today.

The announcement comes only days after Chinese President Xi Jinping's visit to Moscow, during which Russia and China issued a joint statement saying "all nuclear powers must not deploy their nuclear weapons beyond their national territories, and they must withdraw all nuclear weapons deployed abroad".

China, the top rival to US economic hegemony, and Brazil, the biggest economy in Latin America have conducted their massive trade deal which amounts to a $150 billion bilateral trade last year, and financial transactions directly, exchanging yuan for reais and vice versa instead of going through the US dollar. In doing so China extends its bilateral, USD-exempting currency arrangements beyond countries such as Russia, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia to now include the Latin American exporting powerhouse.

Life's too short to worry about shit that may or may not happen. Doom scrolling leads to very dark places and in the long run we’re all dead anyway !

Many predicted this a while back, they said that conditions are very good in that region at this time of year.

With regards to digital currency introduction in the USA in July, this is interesting:-

The Icebreaker Hub in theory functions almost exactly like the SWIFT payment system used currently by governments and international banks. More than 10,000 financial institutions in 212 different countries use the SWIFT network to transfer funds overseas for their clients; it is an incredible centralization bottleneck that gives its shareholders considerable power.

After the start of the war between Ukraine and Russia, the expulsion of Russia from the SWIFT network was used as a weapon in an attempt to crash the Russian economy. Russia has found ways around using SWIFT because of their trade relationships with major economies like China and India, but some damage has still been done to their financial structure.

Centralized systems through CBDCs and the BIS controlled the hub in which all retail CBDCs are exchanged globally like Icebreaker is...

Operation of a business that relies on overseas transactions requires you needing to pay manufacturers in Vietnam or Taiwan to produce your products. With CBDCs in place you will most likely be completely dependent on a system similar to the Icebreaker Hub to move than digital money to Vietnamese banks and into the accounts of your manufacturers. Say officials at the BIS, for whatever reason, decide they don’t like you and they initiate Russian-style sanctions denying your access to the hub. Your business is now dead.

This has social credit implications as we see China are implementing. We see it in cancel culture too. Companies have to use ESG for credit scores and soon we will too hasve thos by the looks of things.

Employees already have to receive training and implement considered by some as bizarre training at work.

If the BIS decides that company's need to meet ESG related categories before given permission for Icebreaker transactions? Now the BIS has the ability to manipulate social and cultural trends using business as forced messengers.

Once you have a one-world currency, a completely centralized and micro-managed global economy and the most vital trade systems in the world controlled by a tiny handful of faceless unelected bureaucracies, why then have nations at all? Global government would be the next and final step.

The history of this has been covered, it's been a slow creep.
