I've just read a hilarious Threads about this.

Go to your amazon account > shopping preferences > scroll down > about you.

Mine is fairly tame "has a cat" "travels regularly" "regularly purchases skincare" etc but some of the screenshots on threads were fantastic -

"Has flat buttocks:
"Likes to buy hats for their dog"
"Had a relationship with La Toya Jackson"
"Has no friends"

Go to AI and ask it to describe poster called <name> on Mumsnet.

These seem to be user editable which might account for the more interesting screenshots that you saw. Mine are all exceptionally dull and are essentially a summary of what purchases I have made, as you'd expect.

I am not astounded that Amazon has, for example, concluded that I have a child that needs orthodontic treatment, given that I have been buying specialist toothpaste and brushes for over a year!

My hobbies are actively keeping chickens and my friends and family are chickens too! Hilarious. No mention of my kids, husband or step kids and grandchildren 🤣

Mine doesn’t have anything and I use Amazon a lot to my shame.

Some of mine are ‘maintains ongoing craft supply inventory’ ‘plays video games occasionally’ (I’ve never played video games lol) ‘gradually building fragrance collection’ ‘reads British humour and local history’ (no but my dad does 🤣) ‘recently focused on organisation and planning’

Wow that’s a bit scary how quickly it sums up all of your posts. Not correct with some of it’s information though, but that’s not a huge shock.
