Creepy vibes from Tice and Lowe.

I get vibes of a 14 year old shouting "that's shan!" because their mate got caught smoking in the toilets.

MsJinks · 25/09/2026 12:26

RafaistheKingofClay · 25/09/2026 10:45

Rupert Lowe it would seem.

And I didn’t realise he could be so dense - this is not a fast turnaround as everyone attends their very first court appearance to just be charged as soon as that’s decided, normally within 24 hours of arrest too.

placemats · 25/09/2026 12:40

Especially if you are already out on bail for a previous arrest and charge weeks prior.

Eta. One has to wonder why it took so long to charge him.

Anti-migrant agitator Daniel Thomas has pleaded not guilty to criminal damage after he was accused of slashing a boat in the Channel with an emergency responder on board. He also pleaded not guilty to not giving police the PIN to his phone.

Wasn’t he filmed doing it? Like the man with the walking stick at the Reform conference certain people are so keen to excuse.

DuncinToffee · 25/09/2026 13:11

The guy with the walking stick admitted guilt though

Cautions are offered by police if they have enough evidence to convict and the person involved has admitted their part in a crime.

Conditional cautions are the more severe of the two types of caution. Agreeing to a caution is an admission of guilt.

People who agree to conditional cautions can be subject to certain terms, which can include a fine, reparations to the victim or rehabilitation.

Thankfully he's been remanded by the Magistrates' Court.

It wasn't long, he was only arrested yesterday.

There is no defence to not giving the PIN to the police, as long as the correct steps were taken.

Something we should all bear in mind.

You’d think he’d get someone literate to proof read his posts.

Wait…does he think the British police can’t call the French police and ask for proof of valuation? Or does he think a proof from a different country’s authorities wouldn’t stand up? The boat was damaged. They can’t nip down and ask the boatyard, no. But does he really think there is no way to find out the cost of the damage?

LittleBowSheep · 25/09/2026 15:33

It wouldn't get thrown out at this stage for not being able to prove costs anyway.

Slightly OT, but worth remembering when we are told how our data has been shipped to the US

"Passwords can be reset if stolen, but medical records cannot, so once this data is out, it stays compromised for good. That permanence, applied across an entire workforce, is what makes this leak so serious."

I am curious as to how many failed drug tests the baddies now have access to.

Two FBI agents in Washington DC

Special agents blood and urine test results stolen in FBI hack

Experts say the hack could leave agents vulnerable to scams, blackmail and targeted attacks.

And you’ve handed the police all the evidence they need by filming yourself doing it and posting it on your social media.

Whilst true, it rather ignores the asymmetry of circumstances.

Should the prosecution not succeed for any reason, then the scum will feel emboldened, and we can expect more hilarious antics at sea.

If the prosecution succeeds the team Tommo (either of the piltdown pair) then it's a martyr bonanza on a possible 2-4-1 deal.

Either way human decency will be the loser.

Two on going court cases now and some people think it's outrageous that Tommo is on remand.

Both charges relate to violent behaviour, one he pleaded guilty to in August, breaking into a secure area, and the other is against a charge of criminal damage and refusal to give his phone pin number to the police.

Daniel Thomas, known as Danny Tommo now online, was sentenced to two years in prison for attempted kidnap using knives on an innocent person because of stolen drugs.

I for one am pleased that the authorities are keeping proven dangerous men off our streets.

I have a little tip for Tommo (again either/or). If you don't want to be locked up, don't do things that get you locked up. It's how we roll in Britain. Maybe it's different where your paymasters are ?

RafaistheKingofClay · 25/09/2026 17:30

I’m fairly pro rehabilitation rather than locking people up but Fanny Tommo is exactly the sort of person I’m quite happy to be locked up for the safety of everyone else.

The stupid twat even managed to kidnap the wrong person.

Rehabilitation is something other countries do.

For myself I want dangerous violent thugs locked up over people who may have used hurty words. However that would be to disregard the political and societal nature of our legal system.

He also filmed himself slashing the dinghy - like he wants to be in bother and/or a martyr and whatever his reasons always crowdfund more cash.
Protest here tomorrow- god help us with the raging patriots …
