What the most unique baby name you ever heard/saw?

Happy to go first with Navy on a little boy. Not sure if they were going with the colour or a nautical theme but it kind of suits him actually. Also a little girl called Nala from the Lion King. My own legal name is a absolute clanger before anyone comes for me with the ‘sneery thread’ accusations 😂

Was she married to a documentary producer?

We were students at uni, so not married, but that wouldn't surprise me!

No idea who she is but I gather Sloane is an Irish name.

I can think of three truly unique names of people I know / have known but they would be instantly identifiable to anyone who knows them.

One of my mum's carers in her nursing home was called Happy. It suited her too.

My father went to school with a 'Happy'

She was bullied because of her name

As soon as she legally could, she changed her name to 'Beth' and fucked off to Australia

Best name i ever met belonged to a bloke I know

He was 6'8,built like a brick outhouse and was a lovely fella unless you annoyed him (a lovely gentle man who would never have laid a finger on a woman but was handy to have around when my dickhead, abusive ex started up with his nonsense and needed to be put back in his box)

His nickname was 'Tiny'

Real name 'Destiny'

Never has a name been less 'fitting' to a person

I met a little girl called 'Indiana'

And according to her mother, who was yelling across the shop, her full name was 'Indiana Daisy Jones'

Indiana jones-i thought she was taking the piss but she was deadly serious

My dd is insisting that she will name her first born child “Dorito”.

She’s been set on that for the last two and a half years. She thinks it’s a beautiful name.

She’s 5. I’m actually hoping she still feels the same in 25 years or so.
