I once knew a boy whose name as Fuzzy. I don't know if it was possibly an African heritage name; but his surname was a classic Yorkshire one, so the two names sounded quite odd together!

Actually in Parsi heritage there are modern occupations as surnames. I know someone with the surname "Engineer"

Many years ago I knew brothers called Willy and Hymen...and their mother's name was Fanny. You couldn't write it.

They were Egyptian and the mum had very little English so I assume was completely unaware!
