Do you have a keyring for your keys ? and if so, what is it ?

I've just brought a brand new car (first time for brand new, we've really pushed the boat out for this car) which comes with a posh fob (no key - just buttons on the fob). I would like a keyring of some sort attached to it, so I know it is my one (me & DH each have a fob) and am looking for suggestions. Would like something stylish .. would an airtag be suitable ? if lost, the key fob is a lot of money to replace.

Keen to hear whatever else has.

I have an 4x4 off roader keyring.

One my son designed and made in metalwork class when he was 12.

I have had a Tiffany key ring for about 20 years, partner bought it for me one Christmas, didn’t want me to use it in case I lost it 😳. I have been good and have kept it safe. 😀

I have a tag, cheaper version of Airtag, works iphone. Lots of alternative similar ones around but this is £15 for 4 @Elongated09

I dont have a keyring for my keys, but i do have a few on my lucky back pack.
Eric cartman- friend gave it to me.
Lucky elephant trunk up- found in a charity shop 50p.
A cupcake- won from a 2p machine at the beach.
And 2 tiny angels friend gave me one and a disabled man gave me the other in a charity shop for free.

I have a Bruce Springsteen Wrecking Ball tour one, and one with my name in it, which my sister gave to me.

I have this fish.

A lovely Welsh person told me about a keyring she bought for her new home on etsy, its a wee welsh dragon, I absolutely adore him but still need to buy. He is in my list. I will get him some day 🥰

Isn't that rather heavy to carry around and cumbersome to fit in the car?

@SaraHoliday, I LOVE the idea of swapping to a Christmas keyring. I love swapping out our mugs and plates for the Christmas set, which I do on December 1st each year. Why not bring a little bit of celebration and joy to everyday?

I have a key ring of the Phantom Manor from Disneyland Paris. Souvenir from a special holiday. Plus I have a love for haunted houses in books and movies so it feels right to carry one around with me.

Many have commented on the nasty comment & I expect many many more have thought it was a nasty uncalled for comment.

I gave up on nice keyrings as they all got damaged or completely broken.

I have a trolley coin, a plastic fob that came with the keys when I bought the car that has my phone number inside, it's scratch to buggery though so I must check you can still read the number! My car fob my House key my garage key two friends front door Keys, without going to get my Keys I think that's it, it's big enough heavy enough bunch without adding no novelty things! 🤣🤣

But @SaraHoliday I do add a couple of small bells at Christmas and on the back of this thread I'm going to look for something else Christmassy to add this year on the 1st of November!! 🎄 (you're not the sad one in that exchange!!)

I have an elephant key ring. I made the mistake of telling DH and the kids that I like elephants. I now have key rings, scarves, cushions, wooden carvings, socks, paintings, .... every possible thing with elephants. It's gone way too far for me to say anything. I just have to smile every birthday and xmas.

I have a tiffany keyring. Its been the keyring on all my cars and will see me out.

I have a little silver teddy bear that one of my daughters bought for me from UK ( we are Living in Ireland ) .
I have a silver tortoise with the most beautiful colour blue diamond shell , that my eldest sons gf bought me as an Xmas present few years back 😊

I dont actally have keys...
So no keyring here 😶‍🌫️

My car fob lives in a faraday pouch so the signal can't be scanned. It's one of the ways theives steal cars these days - use a scanner to find the signal then take your car. The house keys are clipped to the back. Not sexy but makes keys easy to find.

It definitely works as, if I put the fob in the pouch whilst in the car, the car can't locate the signal.
