I'm worried about going away. I'm staying at a budget hotel. They don't serve food. I was thinking we can just eat out. But i didn't think it through and its to late now.

I can only eat grilled chicken, plain cod. Plain prawns and tuna steak.. protein yoghurts. Boild eggs strawberries doubt i will find them things. Even if i can they will likely be cooked on oils things and end up full of fat.

That post isn't a dig at you, it's concern. How do you feel about the content of that post? What about it felt like a dig?

I think i just took it the wrong way I don't know how to be honest. . That's why I tried to say it was more likely me. I'm sorry if I caused any upset . I didn't want to do that.

OP are you getting any help for your eating disorder?

The fear of food you're showing is no way to live, you're missing out on one of life's great pleasures, good food and sharing it with others. You're also at risk of showing your DD that food is something to be feared not a pleasure to be enjoyed.

This sounds like an eating disorder by OP responses

Are you getting help for your eating disorder op? It will be very damaging for your daughter to witness this, plus not being able to eat in restaurants on holiday is very sad for her.
please consider getting some therapy before she ends up with a disorder too

OP this isn't normal. I think you know that. Obsessing about where a co op is so you can get a particular type of chicken isn't normal. But you're ignoring all of that.

Also, it didn’t take a thread for you to look up a Coop near where you are staying 🤷‍♀️

Exactly this. The OP has carefully avoiding answering the many questions on this thread asking if this extremely restricted diet has been recommended to her for medical reasons, or if they are struggling with disordered eating. The avoidance if the question suggests its the latter.

OP it matters because it absolutely affects the replies. Im not going to post on here facilitating a person struggling with disordered eating by suggesting ways to help them stick to a very restricted way of eating while on holiday. Nope no way.

I truly hope you are able to access support if you are struggling with disordered eating.

Well the alternative, if OP has a problem, is that they dont eat. Is that better?
