Hoping my tax attaches. My alliums normally work like progress bars but they've all come out in one go. The bees like them. Ignore the weeds. It's too hot to deal with them and there's a hedgehog house behind them that I don't want to disturb.

I was quite sad about Anne Widdecombe this morning, I quite liked her even though mainly didn't agree with her. She had her view of how the world should be and stood firmly behind her convictions, this I admire, even if I think they are wrong. There was also a depth to her that seems to be missing from our modern day politicians.

Very shocked to hear she was murdered. Nobody deserves that and I hope her killer is caught quickly and faces justice.

Thanks for new thread, I have some brand new kitten tax, my missing boy never returned and my white cat went to live with my daughter when DH was ill as one of my boys didn’t get on with her. She has settled so well and bonded with my daughter’s cat so I didn’t feel it was fair to move her again.

On Sunday evening the rescue my boys came from put up some kittens looking for homes and there was a little odd eyed white just like our girl. She came here to her forever home on Wednesday and has brought great solace.

They've arrested a 26 year old, white British national earlier this afternoon.
