I've heard from more than one media outlet that it's going to be about 2020. Scrotus himself has said it's about 'free and fair elections'. Apparently/supposedly there is new declassified intelligence regarding past election investigations, voting machine vulnerabilities, and election integrity. Since all of this 'new intel' comes from Scrotus' butt buddies at DoJ, FBI, NSA, and other intelligence agencies chock full of his loyalists, I'll take with a tonne of salt and a healthy dose of this is all bullshit skepticism.
I have no idea what he actually wants. Does he want Biden's presidency legally invalidated and everything his administration did 'undone'? Because there is no legal mechanism for invalidation after certification and inauguration other than impeachment or the 25th. And even that doesn't 'invalidate' the actions of a POTUS up to that point. Or does he just want an official "Yes, yes, you won. Biden lost. Now bugger off".
I also have a feeling there will be a bit of his 'E Jean Carroll witch hunt $5m grievance' thrown in now that she's stolen received her legally order settlement. Because, why not?
