Prime Day: Any good deals this year?

RayaMumsnet · 23/06/2026 10:09

It’s Prime Day (again!) and, while I love a good deal as much as anyone else, I’m all about finding bargains on things that are genuinely useful and built to last.

Have you spotted anything worth sharing in this year’s Prime Day sale? Add your finds to the thread below.

Here are a few deals I’m eyeing up:

28% off Duux Whisper Flex 2 Smart Fan - was £180, now £130 (lowest price ever according to CamelCamelCamel). Mumsnet's Home Editor, Poppy tested this fan last summer and was really impressed by how quiet it was.

24% off JISULIFE Portable Neck Fan - was £34, now £26. I’m thinking this might be the answer to commuting in the heatwave? Read the review.

49% off Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream was £28 now £14. There have been threads about this cult classic on Mumsnet for years, and at almost 50% off I’m tempted to give it a try.

Take a look at our round-up of top finds in the Prime day sale for more deals from MNHQ.

Have you spotted anything worth adding to your basket? Share it with your fellow MNners below.

Beauty deals:
COLOR WOW Dream Coat Supernatural Spray 36% off plus lots of other products in the range also discounted
58% off LAURA GELLER NEW YORK Award-Winning Baked Balance-n-Brighten Colour Correcting Powder Foundation
39% off Clinique Almost lipstick plus more deals on other Clinique faves

Ways to survive the heatwave:
20% off Levoit 20dB Quiet Smart Pedestal Fans
15% off COSRX Ultra-Light Invisible Sunscreen
23% off Jisulife Table Fan Pro3

More deals we’ve spotted:
29% Kindle Paperwhite Raspberry
31% Ninja Foodi MAX Dual Zone Air Fryer, you can read our review here
48% off Echodot (Newest gen)

People say buy metal fans not white plastic ones. They are not very effective.

Will have to check out Amazon.

pontipinemum · 23/06/2026 13:49

I've also bought this steam iron. I have a few summer bits that unfortunately do need a bit of an iron. So I am hoping this will be a good buy!

I buy things that are discounted 40% or more, that i've wanted or needed for a while. Like aircon for my campervan and portable wifi for the same thing.

Gingerkittykat · 23/06/2026 14:49

A raspberry Kindle Paperwhite for my DDs birthday for £119,99, it's normally £159.99 so a good saving.

LostFuse · 23/06/2026 15:41

Can't recommend the Duux fan myself, bought one last year and it was just dead when we tried to use it this year.
Now have the Shark one. Much better, IMO.

The ninja slushie machine Linked here
and the ninja ice cream one too Linked here

fingers crossed they are worth it!

Madcats · 23/06/2026 15:45

Prime Days are good for trading in elderly Kindles/Echos/Fires. Unless they have changed things this year, you can use the 20% off voucher to further reduce the price of the newer model.

I don't have the swirl one, I have the deluxe creami I LOVE it. I use it most nights. I went a bit mad on ice cream after having DS. So this lets me have ice cream but in a much healthier way.

Bristolandlazy · 23/06/2026 16:22

No, we all have enough stuff already surely. Where does it all end. Landfill, literally.

LuxuryWoman2020 · 23/06/2026 16:30

I just bought some things I buy regularly like feraglobin which is £2.98 it's usually around £6 a box, plus some nivea cream for £8 which is close to £20 in Boot and a couple of other essentials.

DonewhatIcando · 23/06/2026 16:38

@RayaMumsnet
Mines a bit boring but all my WOW hair products have a massive reduction, I also use Garnier Olia toner and that was down to £8 from £12.
Took advantage and stocked up.
Dp got a new outside security camera (we already have three) Confused and a new dashcam

GilesTurnbull · 23/06/2026 16:59

I checked and the trade-in price for my elderly Kindle is £6 and just £60 for a 2022 Kindle Scribe which currently retails for £244.

chickenpotnoodle · 23/06/2026 18:19

if youve not already got one -amazon.co.uk/AF400UKCP-Amazon-Exclusive-Drawers-Functions/dp/B09XF7NKV5?ref=dlx_prime_dg_dcl_B09XF7NKV5_dt_sl7_f5&pf_rd_r=3HS45QXQC2CYC4J3ED6M&pf_rd_p=d67e1c92-a08c-4976-81d5-e82929e76cf5

hay5689 · 23/06/2026 18:19

I brought some AirPods, £169 down to £125. I needed new ones after my old ones died.

MRMPen · 23/06/2026 18:21

Wooden walking stick snapped yesterday so purchased another for £70 and today it is £50. So purchased another at £50 and cancelled the first order, but though the first order has not even been despatched yet Amazon say it can’t be cancelled. Will have to return I guess!

kawaiikooh · 23/06/2026 19:09

I bought the Eufy C20 robot hoover which had about £200 off and an echo on half price.

My point is that, should you trade in your £6 Kindle (which might not be supported for much longer?), you then get a voucher for 20% off a new Kindle.
Looking now, my first hit was one for £75.99 in the sale (RRP £94.99), for which you would pay £59.99 were you to trade in your Kindle (alongside getting £6). Obviously there are bigger savings to be had on fancier kit, but if you are the sort of person who trades up
every 5 years……

EmeraldRoulette · 23/06/2026 20:03

I can't work out whether I want an echo or not

I don't use Alexa

I vaguely recall it has other good features, but I can't recall what they are! I want to link a speaker up to Spotify basically that there would be cheaper ways of doing that, I suppose

Takethatter · 23/06/2026 22:08

I suggest that if you can't even remember what those things are that you don't need them.
