There is no appeal of a SCOTUS decision because they're the highest court in the land. There is no higher court to appeal to.

But (and isn't there always a but?) there are two further actions one can take. One can file a petition with the SCOTUS asking them to 'reconsider their decision'. Extremely rare and usually on the basis of substantial grounds not presented or intervening circumstances. The other is passing a constitutional amendment. I'd assume IF Scrotus is going to 'appeal', pretty sure since this was a civil case it will be the request for reconsideration, which are very rarely granted.

Of course, he'd probably want to amend the constitution to make himself constitutionally not liable for anything, ever. Yeah, that's not going to happen. Oh, I know!!! He can issue an EO!!! Yes, that's the ticket!!!
