I would be interested to see your sources for the Krays and the Richardsons attempting to behead victims unknown to them in the street.
They were convicted of the murder of two gangland associates, with the suspicion that they murdered several more but basically other gangsters.
There is no suggestion they murdered the shopkeepers etc. on whom they visited the protection racket, much less openly murdered them by attempted beheading in the street.
You are begging the question by suggesting that I am arguing "violence didn't happen". I have said that this is of a different character and you have not successfully refuted that.
