Yeah I wonder did they just make a short update to put up on the site as they other one had to be removed for whatever reason. I know why HBO had to remove it but channel 4 haven't said why but there must be some kind of rights issue.

The Jackson estate took legal action to get the first Leaving Neverland documentary taken down. HBO apparently signed a contract with Jackson years ago not to say anything bad about him and they used that.

I thought the new documentary was really interesting actually.

The payouts they mention Jackson made to a Jane Doe and Jason Francia and Jordan Chandler (maybe there are others they haven't discovered) over sexual abuse claims long before he was charged over Gavin Arvizio

(It has been claimed on this thread recently that Jackson didn't get any feedback his behaviour of sleeping with children etc was wrong. Well having to make repeated large payouts is a pretty big indication. So why did he keep doing it? There is an obvious explanation. That he was a pedofile and unable to stop.)

The massive difficulty Wade and James had in bringing a case because of the statue of limitations. They are clearly motivated by a desire for justice. If you just wanted money it would be much easier and less stressful to take a big payout from the estate as the Cascio siblings did initially and I am sure others have done. But then you have to sign a NDA and keep living the lie. I suppose you get some financial compensation and no death threats though so I can hardly blame any victims of Jackson's who chose this route.

The sheer amount of money the Jackson estate is making out of Jackson's legacy. They have a huge interest in covering up his behaviour and do not want this case to get to court. They therefore have made every effort to delay the court case for as long as possible.

James' ongoing trauma. He seems close to tears a lot of the time. Probably made worse by all the stress of the court case and the death threats from fans. (On a side note why are these people not prosecuted for harassment?). He now seems to have disassociated from himself as a child and is referring to himself in the third person. It does worry me. I hope he is ok.

From the research I’ve done, MJ definitely was advised by many people close to him to stop being seen in public on dates with children, and certainly to stop having them sleep in his bedroom. This was especially so after having to pay £23-5 million to Jordan Chandler.

Lisa-Marie advised him that in her opinion MJ needed never to be seen with young, unrelated boys again in any situation. He ignored her. No wonder the marriage failed.

It’s obvious this was a compulsion that he was driven by. Lisa has said that he was never at home with her and she never knew where he was. Meanwhile, simultaneously if you compare the timing, he was spending hours on the phone with children and their families. Spinning sob stories about how lonely he was and how much he needed their support.

Watching Leaving Neverland 2 now. Not buying Robson's story especially. He was smirking a lot. No tears from Safechuck. Must have gone to the same acting school as that Casio one talking about his little backpack 🙄Very odd. Very rehearsed. The both of them. 💲💲💲

Funny how all these supposed bodyguards that Robson claimed were witnesses to it all never came forward/turned a blind eye, or sold stories for money.🤷‍♂️

More bullshit from this shit show of a programme. The markings didn't match. So so many inaccuracies with this. Ridiculous 🤣 Nobody reported it because nothing happened.

James comes across as more believable. Could be telling the truth. Could be a better actor

Yes there seems to be conflicting reports about whether he said he was circumcised or not but I'm sure it would be very difficult for most people to tell the difference when a penis is erect, and Jordan was only a child when it happened.

All the credible sources I've read say they didn't. Do you really think Michael would have been found innocent if they matched? I don't think so.

He wasn't found innocent. He didn't go to a criminal trial for that one.

I'm not saying you are wrong. I'm saying there is conflicting information online about this. What sources are you looking at?

The police who started investigating Jordan Chandler have always maintained that his description matched.

Erect penises all look the same whether circumcision took place or not.

The trial you’re referring to didn’t find him ‘innocent’, it found him not guilty. Which isn’t the same thing. IMO it was a miscarriage of justice. Do you think Casey Anthony and OJ Simpson were innocent?

I couldnt tell the difference but maybe some people can. A child might not know what that was I guess.

It's one of the worlds big mysteries. Did he do it or not. We will only know when we are dead and I believe we find out everything

Once erect it’s very difficult to tell as the foreskin is pulled back.

Also I think we need to remember these are children (or were children)and victims of abuse so traumatised and scared and might not be able to described every event in detail.
