No smoke without fire. Suggest that to Robson’s and Safechuck’s lawyers as a baseline approach in the forthcoming trials. Because it will be so effective, won’t it?

Who needs evidence?

🤣👏

There is an abundance of evidence but you won’t accept it. You even try to explain away the books of nude children and the barely legal DVDs.

No she hasn't. That was me remember 😉😘 you know the defender of dangerous propaganda

MyTrivia · 31/05/2026 22:21

We posted links to evidence of the pedophile material found in his house. And yet the nonsense continues ‘no evidence, no evidence’.

The squawking as someone said earlier 😂

I just watched FindingNeverland II. A really interesting update. It's available on Channel 4. I found Wade and Jon's lawyer speaking about his work with child abuse victims to be really moving.

You asked for it to be pulled because you didn't like the answers given, everyone was being fine at that point. People like yourself just don't like your fantasy version of michael being a sweet angel man child to be polluted with the truth and facts.

Yada yada. Feel like we are going around in circles here. Groundhog Day anyone?

Yes, the same tired out and reductive remarks are expressed again and again.

Perhaps the discussion will be refreshed in a few days time when the new Jackson documentary drops on Netflix.

kkloo · 31/05/2026 22:48

And you're telling other people to grow up.......

If it's not already clear to you I don't think you'll ever find a thread on MN or most other places online where people will be able to post this crap unhindered about MJ being such a sweet angel man who would never hurt a fly and how all of his victims are liars, so if it's groundhog day to you have people keep re-stating the evidence to you that you are so determined to ignore then I guess you're going to keep experiencing groundhog day...

It will be the same thing again, the defenders squawking about no evidence and the rest stating they believe the victims and pointing to all the very obvious evidence that this man was a pedophile.

We’ll see. Perhaps there’ll be some new compelling evidence presented for either side, which would be interesting, rather than the kind of heresy which has dominated this thread.

Interesting. It has often seemed to me as well that hard core fans of Jackson treat him as a pseudo religious figure. I guess from that perspective the evidence of his pedofila must seem to be a kind of heresy.

Well he did have a Messiah complex.

I've thought this myself, to excuse his behaviour you'd have to think he actually was the Messiah, because this whole sleeping in bed with kids thing and having to have them around you and fixate on your new little special friends and to always be surrounded by pics of children so you can look at them is just not a thing that people do unless they're pedophiles, of all the heart of gold people I know and those who help children none of them have an unhealthy obsession with kids, can't say I've ever known someone to get married and to still prefer the company of boys instead.

It's just not a thing.

It IS a thing however for pedophiles, they talk like Jackson, obsess over kids like Jackson and would love to do what he did if they had the opportunity to. He fits into this category perfectly. Everything is explained easily when he's placed into this category, but some refuse to see it and instead want to place him in a category by himself, the most loving man that ever existed, the most genuine, gentle, sweet, kind, angel man, who was destroyed by the 'ignorant'.

Ladies and gentlemen, the Messiah, Michael Jackson.

I just came back to look at this. It’s a shame it’s descended into rudeness. Not often you can carry on these emotive debates without bitterness.I think it's clear that some people in this thread are willing to hyper-focus on one or two specific aspects of the case while overlooking or dismissing some of the larger, more significant pieces of evidence.
At the end of the day, responsibility for Michael Jackson's behaviour cannot simply be shifted onto other people. Whatever influences or circumstances may have existed, he ultimately made his own choices. It’s very clear he was a deeply troubled individual who made extremely questionable choices ( hanging a baby over a balcony for example) and that reality shouldn't be ignored when discussing the case as a whole.

He was troubled, I agree, and ultimately responsible for his own actions.

What interests me is the wider effect of extreme fame. Most people have friends, family, colleagues, or peers who challenge them when they're behaving irrationally or making poor decisions. When you're surrounded by people whose livelihoods depend on keeping you happy, that feedback can disappear. I think that's incredibly unhealthy and can distort a person's sense of what's normal or acceptable.

That's not an excuse for anyone's behaviour—just part of the context.

I totally agree with this. Imagine having this level of fame? No once had had that before or since and I don't think we will ever see that again, which is probably a good thing 🤷‍♂️

He was getting plenty of feedback.

He got plenty from the media.

Also Rabbi Shmuley said they used to argue about it, there was reports from a journalist that Quincy Jones warned him about it and other celebrities. I don't doubt it for a second because obviously some people close to him would have warned him.

Yes he would have surrounded himself with many yes men and their livelihoods would have depended on him so some would say nothing, but some would have also warned him for the exact same reason, even if from the perspective of protecting himself.

LaToya spoke out against it repeatedly, while some say she was coerced into saying it, she still said it out loud repeatedly. I have no doubt that this would have led to many discussions to Michael from concerned family.

Also he would have been warned by his lawyers, again it might have framed it from the perspective of protecting himself but he would have been told exactly what people thought of it and he knew what people thought about the behaviour anyway.

Did Quincy Jones Warn Jackson?

I forgot to watch Leaving Neverland 2, I’ll do so this week.

I just rewatched the 4K video of Smooth Criminal - he was such a genius and the video itself still looks fresh and inventive. Likewise for Thriller (also now in 4K).

I actually prefer Ghosts to Thriller. Maybe because it's not so overplayed?
