The totality of the evidence amounts to pretty much fuck all, as I’ve said before.

Robson and Safechuck are hardly the most credible of people.

Less about evidence more about ratings and publicity. If he did orchestrate the shot in the way Scarlett June says it would have been with the aim of shock value. An image that would stay in people's minds and grab the attention if the newspapers. Which it did.

What do you mean ‘testified’?

See, we’re going around in circles here because earlier, you yourself said that the strongest evidence of sexual abuse in your opinion is victim testimonies.

So you are saying you believe victims as long as the perpetrator isn’t MJ? Because you’re trying to call at least a dozen people liars…

It means someone giving evidence.

But not all of those testimonies will stand up, will they? Like Gavin Arvizio’s.

They do ‘stand up’ you just choose to call many people liars because you’re in denial.

Why does it have to be a "you're wrong, I'm right" on here. Wouldn't it be more interesting to just all have a general discussion on the evidence

Because people who call victims of CSA liars need to be told you are wrong, that’s why. I think it’s despicable. At least 11 people have accused MJ at this point.

Maybe you see it as a fun debate. If your child was a victim I doubt it though!

And I do believe all the delusional MJ fans on this thread are yet to have kids of your own.

People don’t want to accept the evidence. Everyone is lying apparently.

Fact is, the evidence is compelling. If it wasn’t there would never even have been a trial.

None of us know for sure what happened. The cascio children for example already received money. Now that moneys gone, they are asking for more money

And MJ was known to be very manipulative himself.

Am I supposed to feel sorry for him that he thought he would be made to look as great as Princess Diana? He did enough himself to try to make himself look a certain way....am I supposed to be sad that when he agreed to a documentary in an attempt at manipulating the public into thinking he was like Princess Diana backfired because instead many ended up being horrified about what he said about sleeping in the bed with kids?
Should Martin Bashir have edited that part out even though MJ said it?

Martin Bashir was vile though. Remember it was found that he lied to Diana with fake documents

People like that Casio family really do not help the cause of genuine abuse victims. They and others make a complete mockery and no wonder genuine victims aren't listened to or taken seriously. And yes I'M a genuine CSA victim and feel I can say this.

And so much of that evidence went to shit, basically. That’s why he was acquitted.

Martin Bashir had nothing to do with whether MJ was or was not a pedophile. MJ was clearly someone who felt he needed to explain the fact that he slept with children many many years before he met Gavin.

There is no smoke without fire and in this case there was one hell of a lot of smoke.

As I said, Wade Robson helped MJ get off by saying he never did anything to him.

You're posting stuff such as MJs friend said Martin Bashir told him to do x and y.
In the clip I saw the friend said someone else told him that.

Is that the kind of 'evidence' you want to discuss?

That someone told MJs friend something...and then do a few leaps and suddenly MJ can't be judged for anything he said or did in the documentary.

People said the exact same shit about the book with the rabbi, blaming the rabbi for making MJ look bad with the conclusions he came to about MJ in the book, but in the book it's the MJ quotes coming from MJ himself that make him sound terrible.

It's always someone elses fault when MJ looked bad, it's always someone else 'making' him look bad, even though MJ is the one saying and doing those things.

So what if he was?
So was MJ.
Remember the kids he paid off and all the kids he slept in the bed with?

No smoke without fire. Suggest that to Robson’s and Safechuck’s lawyers as a baseline approach in the forthcoming trials. Because it will be so effective, won’t it?

Who needs evidence?

strange that no other rich celebrity has been constantly dogged over literal decades by accusations of CSA. By good looking male children who all had a certain look.

There is an abundance of evidence but you won’t accept it. You even try to explain away the books of nude children and the barely legal DVDs.
