Hope you have a lovely holiday, @cardibach.

You can all thank me. It always does this when I go away somewhere hot.

I can recommend you going away more often. Enjoy!

TemperanceWest · 22/05/2026 17:58

Have a lovely time @cardibach . I would stay away from mn, it is a bit ugly right now.

We are going to have a staycation in the back garden and pretend we are somewhere a bit more exciting 😄

Notonthestairs · 22/05/2026 18:58

Just catching up with the thread. The last couple of weeks have been a bit crazy out there - and on here! Best to leave them to it and enjoy the sunshine whilst we have it.
Very jealous of your Greek trip Cardi - for the food rather than the weather!

BIWI · 22/05/2026 21:03

Have a great trip @cardibach Thanks for organising summer weather for us too!

littledrummergirl · 22/05/2026 21:53

Enjoy your trip @cardibach. We get home on Sunday, so thanks for leaving the hot weather. Grin

It’s a Solos holiday so hopefully the people will be ok - though I’m happy to wander off on my own if I don’t gel with anyone. We’re in a little hotel on the Kassandra Peninsula near Thessaloniki. Never been there before though I’ve visited loads of the Greek Islands

Have fun. Love Greece: the smell of pine in the heat; the delicious food and the heady wine. Glorious.

cardibach · 22/05/2026 22:46

I’ll be around until Thursday. Thanks for the good wishes. You’re welcome on the weather front.

PickAChew · 22/05/2026 23:58

You can buy a lot of heavies with £5million.

Saucery · Yesterday 06:23

Oh they are disgusting Angry

BIossomtoes · Yesterday 07:29

They have no shame at all.

Notonthestairs · Yesterday 07:52

Hhhhmmm just happened to come across Burnham on his own completely randomly.
Anyone really believe that?

Fascinating that Farage’s entourage includes the Daily Mail - like his pet newspaper.

Bet they haven’t asked about that £5 million - grifting for billionaires, just like Farage.

Notonthestairs · Yesterday 08:12

Worth remembering that everything Farage will be doing at the moment will be to distract from the £5 million payment.

So if he can manufacture a story, he will.

(Seem to remember Lee Anderson talked about being offered money to move parties too. Wonder who was stumping the money up for that.)

DuncinToffee · Yesterday 09:22

They have no decency.

And that reply Shock 'you liked it really' vibes.

When Burnham confronted Calgie on SM, the 'journalist' went off line

Farage must be looking at the queues at Dover with delight

At least France is being sensible and has suspended the extra EU border checks.

Maybe it’s a deliberate tactic, make it so commonplace that nobody even notices any more.

At least they know what a woman is so they can assault them.
