Do you believe the Michael Jackson allegations?

For me it’s undeniable and the evidence is overwhelming, but I’m shocked by the amount of people who don’t.

Oh dear. I did watch that and - what a surprise - there is no suggestion he believed Jackson was a paedophile.

More broadly, the interviewer was a bit shit. I don't know why you bothered posting this, really.

Oh yeah, no suggestion whatsoever 😂😂😂😂

You're straight up lying if you watched that and said there's no suggestion he believes that.

everyoldsock · 13/05/2026 21:28

@kkloo In interviews, people can say they don't want to comment on questions for any number of reasons. History tells us this. But in this scenario, you don't want to try to understand that, because it's not convenient for your narrative.

Firefly1987 · 13/05/2026 21:47

Well he seems like a nice, trustworthy man...NOT!

It wasn't just a 'I don't want to comment was it' It was his whole response to it. And he also said if he wanted to blackmail him it wouldn't take that recording, it would be far worse and would shatter the world.........

But YOU are the one acting like 'ooh nothing to suggest that here' that because it's not convenient to YOUR narrative.

Firefly1987 · 13/05/2026 22:19

And you're trusting the word of a man who thinks it's normal to even think about blackmailing someone! Plus he lied about the whole Propofol thing.

And you wonder why people distrust accusers when they could all be like this guy...

everyoldsock · 13/05/2026 22:24

And wasn’t Jackson drugged (or on a lot of his medication by his own choice) when he was being recorded by this person?

kkloo · 13/05/2026 22:34

Firefly1987 · 13/05/2026 22:19

He was asked about the claim that he had planned to blackmail MJ, he didn't say he had been thinking about it.

It would be normal if someone had some serious dirt on someone and they hadn't been intending to blackmail them and were then accused of it they would say 'if I wanted to blackmail them I wouldn't have needed that because I know far worse...'

He's clearly saying he never intended to blackmail him, not that he was thinking about it.

Whether he lied about stuff or not is irrelevant to whether he believes or knows MJ is a pedophile.

Firefly1987 · 13/05/2026 22:42

I don't understand why he recorded him at all...

Anyone who was in a position to know MJ and say that they thought Michael Jackson’s behaviour was concerning or raised red flags is argued against and said to be a liar.

The problem is that when so many people say one thing it’s hard to keep on believing that they are innocent.

Most people don’t seem to have a problem believing that Andrew MW was guilty because he’s a nasty, pompous piece of work with no talents.

Anyone who was in a position to know MJ and say that they thought Michael Jackson’s behaviour was concerning or raised red flags is argued against and said to be a liar.

Which is ridiculous obviously because his behaviour clearly was concerning and obviously it should have raised red flags. It's the people claiming they saw nothing concerning who are lying. He was sleeping in bed with little boys fgs🙉

Firefly1987 · 13/05/2026 23:24

Well obviously his behaviour was concerning, no one is arguing that.

Hubhubba26 · 14/05/2026 00:19

@everyoldsock thanks for posting. That's an interesting read. Wow so Dr Conrad Murray was hugely in debt. I didn't know that. So accepting an interview with 60 minutes ( who are known for paying their interview subjects) makes even more sense. And he was probably hoping to record blackmailing material when Michael was under his sedation.

Michael sure knew how to pick them. So sad.

Missohnoyoubetterdont · 14/05/2026 07:35

everyoldsock · 13/05/2026 08:58

I don’t know, and neither do you. I’m not a psychologist and I didn’t know Elizabeth Taylor, Diana Ross, Chris Tucker, Mark Lester and all the others. I guess it confuses people on here when adults show up or support in other ways ‘oddballs’ like Jackson, as they did for him, repeatedly.

I’ve said it a million times but on threads like this facts are way more important than opinions.

Jimmy Saville had lots of friends, including members of the royal family. What is your point? Who knows who knew what but they openly supported him.

Safarisagoody · 14/05/2026 08:34

I think it’s a little ridiculous to attack friends of paedophiles. It’s odds on most, didn’t have a clue. And it’s laughable to say saville was friends with the royal family. They were not hanging out eating pizza, going to each others houses or having deep and meaningful phone calls.

sometimes on here the definition of friendship is very odd.

Whatdoyouthinktothis · 14/05/2026 11:02

I believe he abused them kids, it's so weird his music is still bring played and this movie is a big hit
Guess people care morecabout music they enjoy than children being abused sadly
Just like alot if people don't care about women being raped etc

Hubhubba26 · 14/05/2026 11:07

From a young age everybody wanted something from him . basically.a walking ATM. I don't blame him for being wary of the people around him, including family, and staying cautious of their intentions. Days after his death his father was using the press attention to promote a new business venture. No wonder he steered clear

It's worth noting that those individuals who were around him towards the end of his life, his children, his live in body guards..still til this day speak very highly of him.

Hubhubba26 · 14/05/2026 11:22

It's funny how further allegations, and coinciding requests for money, didn't come forward until after the estate cleared his debt in around 2012. Hmmm

Well because the jury decided not to convict him, people can keep burying their head in the sand because they enjoy his music and don’t want to feel guilty for playing it.

TheJoySpreader · 14/05/2026 11:57

No I don't believe the allegations.

I had a phase where I did think he did it after watching Leaving Neverland, but then I found out a few more things that have completely changed my opinion. I ended up going down the MJ rabbit hole and now I do not believe anything the media have put out there, it was driven by an agenda to tarnish his image at all costs because of the way he spoke out against the corruption of the systems within the industry, not least the industry giants like Sony. He ended up owning over 50% of Sony and he spoke out freely in speeches against the racism and corruption that would deprive artists of freedom. He was fighting the corrution in the system. Aaron Carter said that the FBI offered his own mother money to get him to say that he'd been molested. He refused and went on record with the whole story.

I think he was a victim of a perfect storm of circumstance, him crossing some very powerful people, plus him being victim of his own naivety, mh issues and extreme crushing loneliness, mostly due to his upbringing. People have perpetually jumped on the MJ gravy train and used him, as @Hubhubba26 mentioned, as an ATM whenever their particular MJ gravy train dried up. To this day it's happening as BIG money is to be made via the biopic. Now there are doctored photos of the Cascios family kids, shown partially clothed, having been added into MJ pictures by AI where the original photos show just MJ alone. Frank Cascio released an album 'Michael' two days after MJ's death, with unreleased songs on it, but several of these songs were found to be sung by an impersonator so was a fraud to make cash.

There is so much to be found on Wade Robson and James Safechuck, SO many holes in their stories, and in their families 'recollections'. I recommend watching the Square One documentary which brings all of this evidence to light. My opinion had already done a complete U-turn and I knew he was innocent before watching that but it confirmed everything for me.

When you take a closer look at each individual case, there are SO many holes in all of their stories and funnily enough, they've all run out of cash at the moment they decide to sue the estate.

So no I don't believe the allegations anymore and I feel sad for the poor tortured soul that was Michael Jackson and I try to focus on his enormous generosity and kindness, donating his own time and millions of his OWN money for children's welfare across the globe.

See, for me it’s way too far fetched that ‘the powers that be’ decided to take Michael Jackson down by getting all manner of people to make allegations in different times about him being a child molester. From Jordan Chandler to the staff that worked in his house to that guy Terry George who interviewed him as a child as early as 1979 and then claimed that MJ started phoning him up and asking him to masturbate on the phone.

And let’s add to that the assertions and statements of MJ himself, including ‘if you love me, you’ll do x, y and Z’ the classic phrase of a child abuser. The photos of him cuddling countless people’s kids with his arms all over them.

if the industry was trying to take you down for such a thing, would you have decided that it was a good idea for you to go on national TV, years after the Jordan Chandler allegations and declare that it’s completely normal for him to continue to sleep with other people’s children?!

Its just wayyyyy too much mental gymnastics for me to believe that this rabbit hole theory is more credible than the uncomfortable truth that he had a thing for young boys.

Definitely far fetched, an agenda to take him down at all costs and he just happened to give them the perfect thing to use by sleeping in bed with little boys, always having new 'special friends' and replacing them when they got to a certain age. Did they plant the photo books of naked boys in his filing cabinet also?

Hubhubba26 · 14/05/2026 13:07

@bigboykitty err no they didnt

Hubhubba26 · 14/05/2026 13:09

@MyTrivia Terry George? Didn't he set up a book of condolences for Michael in 2009?
