What’s your current favourite sandwich?

We had some coleslaw left the other day that needed eating up, so I had it with some cheese in a sandwich. It’s years since I last had a cheese and coleslaw sandwich and I really enjoyed it. It’s my current favourite, even better with a few crisps added in for extra crunch.

Breville. My DB still has one.

Big shout out for the m and s beef sandwhich from their top range. Loaded with beef and the horse reddish blew my nose off

Beetroot hummous, with extra beetroot, rocket and horseradish or wasabi.

I am going to make this! With Tahini, lemon juice and Greek yoghurt.

I haven't had a crisp sandwich since I was at primary school over 40 years ago, when we'd eat the filling in our packed lunch sandwiches and replace it with crisps. *

• Fine if the filling were something like cheese or ham, not so if it were e.g. banana or jam. Yes, we had jam sandwiches in our packed lunches. It was the 70s, what of it? 🤷‍♀️

Egg mayo, smoked salmon and rocket. Delicious. I do love a tuna mayo too 🤣
