Artemis- the pure amount of disbelief in the space mission

Has anyone else noticed the huge numbers of people who believe it is made up, cgi, actors etc. My fb feed is full of it..add in the flat earthers. Im used to my conspiracy theorist pal coming out with it but this blows my mind that its on such a huge scale. I can't get my head round why it would be made up, what purpose would it serve?

Yes I heard the conspiracy that it was made up. The ladies hair flapping about could have only happened in space and she forgot her hand mirror. Oh, I enjoyed seeing the flight. Well done

There are photos on the spaceship that defy physics. Specially an ordinary glass of water. I know they have developed a special cup for drinking - but this was a normal glass with water settled at the bottom (due to gravity). It was like that time Game of Thrones forgot there was a take out coffee cup on set.

I care that no one has impeached Pedolf Shitler and I care that the latest “attempt to impeach” was so broad it will take forever to even get through to the voting phase. In terms of strategy it seems they have deliberately chosen to file paperwork that will take forever to go through the house.

Further, I don’t understand why none of the filings to impeach reference his overt Islamophobia + his threats to destroy an entire civilisation.

The actual truth is that Netanyahu and Trump, under the direction of the lizard people, have been jointly running NASA for decades and they started the Iran war having engineered the space mission to happen at the same time to provide a distraction.

I hadn't particularly, but we're in pretty fertile ground for conspiracy theorists right now. There's often lack of trust in authorities or traditional social structures after pandemics, and plenty was done to exacerbate that during the recent one. People's mental health has worsened too, collectively. And then there's the new phenomenon of online disinformation.

So it doesn't really surprise me.

Produce just one of the images taken early on in flight, grumble about lack of detail, "therefore etc.."

Then start grumbling about not seeing better images and "what are they hiding", nicely ignoring what has been released..

These theories have been about since the first manned missions, total nonsense but fun to read.

The 70's movie Capricorn One is all about a faked Nasa mission to Mars - a great deal of it was filmed in Nasa facilities, so they are happy to indulge the fiction of the fake!

It's quite interesting how many conspiracy theories work by presenting people with a photo or a situation and then saying 'this looks wrong, doesn't it?' No stars in the moon photos, flag flying in lack of gravity etc. People go with the 'it looks wrong therefore it is wrong' explanation offered to them rather than thinking critically around the problem.

I haven't seen anything like this. But I don't do loads of social media, and I'm only friends on Facebook with my actual friends so I don't tend to see loads of fuckwittery.
