What are you cooking for Easter lunch?

Looking for some inspiration that isn’t lamb. Don’t fancy a roast but want something a bit special.

Only just seen this thread and I had leftover pizza on Sunday for dinner.
I don't 'do' xmas, easter, etc, it's just another day and absolutely no need to go over the top with food, just eat what you'd normally have on that particular day of the week.
So yes, easter is a Sunday, if you always have a roast on Sundays, there's no need to change anything, and, if, like me, you had pizza on Saturday and you'd normally eat the leftovers the next day, so be it
If xmas falls on a Wednesday and you'd usually have lasagna or fish and chips, I say, still have the same as normal, it's only Wednesday after all.

We did end up having a roast, beef though, not lamb. With roasties and yorkies, it was actually perfect, you know when you get the perfect cut of meat and everything is cooked to perfection.
