Clingfilm has worked for years - nothing wrong with that!

I'm just mad happy about how it turned out. DS says the shark (which represents him) is accurate in terms of body shape, fins and movement.

It really is lovely, isn't it?

It is so nice that you took the trouble to make your first post a positive one on this thread.❤️

Tice and unpaid tax.

The deputy leader of Reform UK, Richard Tice, owns a property company - Quidnet REIT.

From 2020 to 2022 it paid Tice and his trust £600k in dividends. Quidnet should have paid £120k of tax on those dividends. It didn't.

A 🧵 with evidence from the company's own filings:

So when does the prosecution start? Or the parliamentary investigation? Or his suspension?

I'd put £5 on "never".

It's been clear for decades that he UK's protection against political corruption are inadequate. And that is being kind.

BIossomtoes · 12/04/2026 10:03

Only £5? I’d bet my house.

You’d expect 3 weeks of Daily Mail/Telegraph front pages articles.

Modern tech makes it a breeze to setup a bet exchange where punters could bet against each other on specific outcomes.

The problem is, in market research, the key fact emerged that people who peddle bullshit never bet on it with their own money.

I looked into this a bit when blockchain and smart contracts (I could probably still knock one up in solidity 😀) which are the poster child for such a venture.

God, mumsnet is absolutely bonkers out there right now. I have read some right corkers in the past day or two. Euthanasia for benefit claimants who need residential care was the highlight.😲

It's always been on the books as fair game for extreme political views.

That and residential homes for adults with learning and physical disabilities.

Funny/peculiar more prisons and hanging.

ETA. Put them out of their misery. What sort of life is that. Lock them up and throw away the key/hangings too good for them.

High turnout so far, so hopefully not good for Putin Orban.

Piggywaspushed · 12/04/2026 12:56

The use name of the Scotland thread starter speaks volumes. I seem to be the only person on the thread who noticed.

placemats · 12/04/2026 12:57

Or Trump/Vance.

Orban can barely raise his good arm.
