Oh my goodness gracious, I have just happened to see a photo of Kelly Osborne and she is unrecognisable. So sad, I do hope she will be ok, I could not believe it was her.

I hope she gets some help, awful to see. I suspect buccal fat removal too on top of having basically zero body fat at all. She looks so frail

She really doesn't look healthy, does she?
Although I do think she is abit disingenuous, constantly hitting back at trolls on social media....when she can't seem to stay away!
I get that she's lived her whole life in the public but maybe she could just stop posting for a while and stop feeding the trolls.

I think she’s grieving for her father and people should leave her alone. She’s stated herself that her weight loss is down to stress and grief. Poor woman. The press are disgusting.

I'm in a very similar place to where she looks like she is right now.
I'm in my early 40s, a massive life event triggered anorexia and I'm unrecognizable. I've been a bit overweight all my life.
Poor woman, she really can't help it and she's not trying to be cruel to all your teenage daughters.

I don’t think she looks as bad as some are saying on here, her face looks more like she’s had cheek fillers to me and age and weigh loss has given her sunken cheeks. Lots of people on here say they look gaunt at perfectly normal weights.

Agree re the face fat removal. She is very skinny but in a similar realm to a lot of other celebrities. Her arms in particular didn’t look awfully skinny at the Brits although you can tell she has muscle tone. But her face makes her look worryingly skinny. She’s had work done on her cheeks.

I think she’s likely a horrible person based off her, admittedly, teen self in The Osbornes show and certainly her Latinos-cleaning-toilets scandal. Her work slagging people on the red carpet also not great.

So, for me, it’s a bit “well, if she can dish it, she can take it”

It went too far when people seemed to think that it was perfectly reasonable to continue to state that body positivity was false and the women concerned were all just disgustingly fat.

Well, all those people seem to be getting their wish now with the extreme weight loss in so many who would have been much safer and happier had they not still had the relentless barrage of 'it's a joke', 'it's worse than being underweight', 'they're a terrible example to others to suggest they might be happy/like themselves/not think they're disgusting like we do' comments.

Her waist appears to be the length of her hand in some of the images.

I was shocked to see her on the Brits. She should be in a clinic, not on a stage.

I think the drs and others who perform these procedures should be struck off.

I suspect she’s at the low end of a healthy weight, but she has had work on her face done, her marionette lines have been filled and likely had filler on her cheek bones. Which makes the Lower part of her face look thinner, she may also have had the fat pads in her cheeks removed.

i think it’s her face that’s causing the concern but some of these comments are horrible, really bitchy. She’s a person. And being abusive or insulting about her isn’t ok,

People are so oddly defensive about the use of WLI, they will tie themselves into knots over Kelly Osbourne whenever anyone points out what's she's doing to herself.

I was genuinely shocked someone claimed she might be anywhere near a healthy weight but i think you have to consider people have their own eating issues and that’s clouding their judgement

Absolutely and people forget what a healthy weight looks like, particularly at the low end. As said, I think it is her face that’s throwing people off here. She is very slender yes, but she could easily be a 18.5 bmi which is still a healthy weight,

When you go back to photos of her just last summer she looked much healthier, this has been a rapid decline.

I’m not agreeing with you- she’s nowhere near a healthy weight and arguing she is because “we’ve forgotten what a healthy weight looks like” is eating disorder trope

I do think that not all weight loss is equal. Some people lose from all over, some from specific areas. I'm someone who loses weight in my face first, which isn't great. If I was the same size bodily as Kelly, my face would look like that too, probably worse tbh! And I haven't had any surgery and am not on WLI.

As it stands, I'm currently bigger than I should be (put it on during peri) and a bit stuck as to what I'm going to do. The weights in my stomach but I know that's the last place it'll leave! But I don't want to look gaunt, which will happen if I do lose the weight. But I'm not in the public eye and I'm glad of that!

I've never really followed her so I don't know what she's like as a person, but I do feel a bit sorry for her currently. It's one thing to have an opinion but to type out nasty comments is a bit much. But then I've never "trolled" anyone, I don't really understand what people get out of it.

She's not happy & she's not well.
