Oh my goodness gracious, I have just happened to see a photo of Kelly Osborne and she is unrecognisable. So sad, I do hope she will be ok, I could not believe it was her.

Agreed, I really feel for her and I hope she’s getting support and is better soon, she looks very fragile.

Kelly knows how unkind the mainstream media and social media can be because she got a lot of hurtful comments when she was overweight, so I don't know why she expects anything less now that she's almost skeletal. If she's going to keep attending high profile events, pose for the cameras and wear clothes and make up that accentuate her severe weight loss, then of course it's going to invite a lot of negative comments.

I hope she seeks the help she obviously needs and can beat whatever demons she's facing. I don't think Sharon would cope if anything happened to Kelly so soon after losing Ozzy.

The media spent decades calling her “fat” and “ugly”. This is sadly the result of all that.

She spend a good amount of time criticising thin and pretty young women in her youth. Then she joined Fashion Police where she dragged everyone for the way they looked.

I think all that hate was just insecurity in her own self and it’s showing now.

She needs to get help.

I think the issue is initially she made some comments about poor people being annoyed that rich people had access to weight loss drugs, so the inference was she was on them. Now she says she’s not on them, the weight loss is because of grief.

Personally I think WLI are being misused in Hollywood. I think people assume Kelly and her mother look like they do because of WLI - particularly as both women previously had an issue with being overweight and because of that the gloves are off.

It seems to me that a lot of female celebrities feel pressure to lose weight, so they go on extreme diets (or use mounjaro etc) to become unhealthily thin. Then when they're skeletal, they claim that they can’t help it. They never admit that they’ve spent a fortune and put themselves through hell to achieve the exact look they always said no one should aspire to!

I’d have more respect for them if they just came out and admitted the truth - that they were sick of being told they were fat, so it messed with their minds and they’ve now gone too far the other way.

The poor girl looks desperately unwell. As previous posters have mentioned, this is partially the fault of the media who relentlessly called her names when she was only about 17 or 18, that coupled with the grief from losing her dad has made her dangerously underweight. I hope she gets better as she has a young child she needs to be here for.

'Body positivity' was supposed to be about embracing bodies which didn't fit in with Hollywood/social media ideas and recognising that was the norm and people shouldn't be feeling pressure to conform to an idealistic standard that only the few achieved and people shouldn't be 'body-shamed' for not fitting into that.

It went too far where body positivity was supposed to support the morbidly obese and the other extreme of extremely underweight.

She has been saying it is grief which is sad, but before her dad died she was saying it was Osempic, it is probably still. WLi with a bit of tweakment here and there, her mum looks similar and has said in the past she overdid the Wli and her last facelift.

And yet millions of other pepole are still taking skinny jabs.

Sadly she’s got too thin and it’s not jut since her dad died.

Her and her mum look like they could be sisters at this point. She says she hasn’t used fat jabs but did have a sleeve done years ago. But she’s got that tale tale face of someone who’s either had their face fat removed surgically or fat jabs gone too far.

Shes not exactly innocent in body shaming in her life either. She would however look so much healthier if she gained a few pounds. Just like id look much better and be heather if I lost a few.

This is what happens when women on forums like this, television and the main stream media pick us apart. KO was subject to ridicule and comments on her weight since god was a lad by women just like you. This is the result.

Its obviously a form of anorexia and it’s heartbreaking.

When you grow up constantly being slated for being fat and ugly its going to mess with your head and it’s no wonder it’s resulted in a form of illness.

I don’t think you can be that underweight and live much longer.

She looks better than ever before but could do with putting on a couple kilos. She used to be mocked so bad for her jaw and her size that it's not surprising she went so far. She's just lost her dad. I'm not a fan of hers but if she'd have been that slim from the beginning nobody would be calling her tragically unwell looking etc.

Both her and her mother look awful. I think people like them in the public eye with money to burn get sucked in by Hollywood plastic surgeons that are making millions making amazonian Russian women and influencers all look plastic and the same. It looks even more awful on a couple of normal looking British women. Its not just the weight loss. The surgery they've had makes them look like skeletons. Im not sure how you can come back from that. Its sad.

Yes she is very thin. But the thinness doesn't explain what's happened to her cheeks, it's like she's had all the flesh sucked out of them.

Whichever surgeon is taking money from her and her mother ought to be ashamed of themselves.

She messed around and found out. She always has plenty to say about other people. Including poor people. Apparently it’s their own fault. So i find it hard to take too seriously that she is apparently upset. Denies taking weight loss drugs. Not sure i believe that.

To be she’s just got the look of a less serious Eugenia coney- no face fat at all. She’s obviously had some surgery to change the shape of her face too

Obviously she has lost weight & had a lot of grief & more than enough cruel media attention in her lifetime.
Although it’s none of our business & we absolutely must not unwantedly draw attention to & criticise another woman’s appearance, there is also an element of responsibility on her part. I’m referring to the expression she is pulling & the contouring makeup, which together make her face look thinner (& angrier) than I imagine is her everyday look. Combine that with putting herself out there for photos at events & sadly negative comments are inevitable in current times.

Didn’t she also have Lyme disease pretty badly?

(I do have empathy & sympathy for her, she’s had a tough life in many ways.)

I think she looks fine. Radically different from how she used to look yes. She looks much more like her mum now, which is what happens when ppl get older.

I agree @Flomingho. For her son’s sake she needs to seek medical help, because he needs her to be there for him.

But that’s not her mums natural face either. She’s had surgery and admits she has had problems with the jabs.

So by that standard she looks like her mum because she’s copied her mums mistakes.
