Oh my goodness gracious, I have just happened to see a photo of Kelly Osborne and she is unrecognisable. So sad, I do hope she will be ok, I could not believe it was her.

She has maybe had that Buchial fat removal thing done,

Its not just an eating disorder, she was using the jabs.

She looks really ill - I said to DH this morning that I fear she must be doing terrible damage to her internal organs,

Yes of course she was, many anorexics do. That wasn’t my point, my point was the posts “and yes millions of people still take WLI” yes they do, but largely do not have the risks Kelly did

The poor woman has not long ago lost her dad! Leave her alone.

I think that does happen with extreme weight loss.

I know lots of drug addicts that have sunken cheeks as the fat gets taken from everywhere on the body.

I guess it’s a bit like someone overweight having chubby cheeks.

I think it was her blusher that didnt help really emphasised her cheek bones.

I feel so sad for her. I’ve never seen a situation where a child looks the same age as her mum, well maybe with heroin addicts etc. I don’t want anything bad to happen to her

i do think she’s probably using the jabs. I also think she’s had plastic surgery. Looks like she’s had lip fillers, maybe high up cheek fillers. Not sure if the sunken in lower cheek look is due to weight loss or surgery but her mum has the same sunken cheeks. So I assume they want to look like this? Though agree how much of it is due to poor body image from being vilified by the press, etc for her looks/body. Which is sad if that’s the underlying cause.

Apparently she’s had a gastric sleeve so maybe not on the jabs.

I have a mate on WLI and she has aged visually about 10years in 4 months. Terrifying.

As I recall Kelly Osborne delighted in being horrible about other “celebs” when she was younger. I’ve no doubt the commentary she’s now getting is deeply unpleasant but perhaps it will make her think about how to treat people going forward. I haven’t much sympathy that’s she receiving a taste of her own medicine tbh…

She looks like how my DD did when she was very seriously ill with anorexia.
I really hope shes getting profesional support and also support from her family.
I also hope the media and public commentators start to show compassion and leave her alone. The comments have been awful.
Shes clearly very ill and quite possibly sharon is too.
Its not grief.

She's abusing WLI's. I appreciate she's grieving (and having lost my Dad I completely get why she's spun off the rails) but her family need to intervene before she gets serious organ damage that she can't come back from.

Whilst I don’t think it’s appropriate to comment on people’s weight etc in this instance I do sometimes wonder why she deliberately wears skimpy clothes that accentuate her size and if it is due to grieving as she states then perhaps take yourself off social media that you comment on daily thus putting yourself out there for the negative comments …. Just saying !

She is unwell and should be in hospital not out in public. She needs to be sectioned. She will die if she isn't.

When you are losing your cheek fat to the extent that she has this would be a medical emergency as well as possible issues with refeeding.

The Brits were wrong for not calling an ambulance when she turned up, and Sharon is wrong for not stepping in.

This is the type of comment that make my blood boil.

This is not about her image or what she said in the past or all the other stuff.

She is not clearly not well enough able to make any coherent decisions, and she will die if she is not admitted to hospital.

Her grief will only end if she is alive to process it. She is a young woman she can get through this but only if she gets medical help immediately.

I don’t think medical can help her. From the news article I read she’s said to be being skinny to be healthy to be around for her child.

Sadly healthy and her version of healthy skinny are miles apart.

It is shocking, I worry so much about the influence these celebrities have on young girls. I recently saw pictures of Natalia Dyer from stranger things and she looks skeletal, so does Georgia Salamat.

shes had buccal fat removal. Which literally is where they take the fat out of your cheeks. (Liam Payne had the same procedure, which you can see when you google pics of him)

I was so so shocked seeing her on the Brits last night, if it had been a photo I had seen I'd have assumed it had been tampered with but this was live TV. She honestly looked like she might collapse in front of us, awful poor woman. A friends daughter looked like that at 5 stone when she was sectioned with anorexia, she needs proper medical help.
