Mine was (slightly surprisingly!) a 10! Although health and wellbeing is very important to me and a big focus in my life. I was glad to see that occasional alcohol etc didn’t seem to dramatically reduce the score.

BitOutOfPractice · 03/01/2026 13:45

I got 9! I need to improve with booze.

LividArse · 03/01/2026 13:50

8/10 though I've run once in two months and am mostly made of cheese.

moltac · 03/01/2026 13:50

I got 10/10. I don't drink, smoke and am a happy go lucky, gym going vegetarian who doesn't eat processed food so I think that's why.

WallaceinAnderland · 03/01/2026 13:52

Crikey, I need to up my game

OP posts:
Eudaimonia11 · 03/01/2026 13:55

8 out of 10. I don’t smoke, drink socially, and I have a sedentary job so I make an effort to walk loads and do loads of exercise.

ResusciAnnie · 03/01/2026 13:56

8/10. Which is ridiculous as I’m at least 5 stone overweight and multiple ‘biological age’ tests put me a few years ahead of my actual age. And I have a chronic disease. So, not a very accurate test surprise surprise 😅

Ladymuckypuddle · 03/01/2026 13:57

I got 5!!!

Not happy that I dropped points for lack of sleep that's due to things outside my control. The vaping and alcohol can work on, currently doing dry January and looking to stop vaping some point this year. For diet it was mainly making swaps like white pasta to wholemeal can do that.

Cheers op 🤣

TokyoSushi · 03/01/2026 13:57

8 better sleep and more vegetables needed!

landlordhell · 03/01/2026 14:00

I got a 10!!🥳 Last year I really reduced alcohol as that’s what I usually fell down on as I love healthy eating and walk a lot and have never smoked/ vaped. I do still have maybe one or two drinks at the weekend( more at Christmas) so it’s great to see the difference to my score.

Drind · 03/01/2026 14:00

I got 7. Happy to accept the alcohol criticism but peeved about the diet. I eat 80-90% UPF free. Very rarely get takeaways, would never eat ready made meals, hardly touch red meat, eat loads of seafood and include ground almonds, chia, pumpkin seeds etc in most meals, but they said to improve because I was eating white bread instead of whole meal and not eating porridge or shredded wheat?

Purplecatshopaholic · 03/01/2026 14:01

Five. Not great, but not surprising. I don’t drink or smoke and not over weight, but my diet isn’t great as I’m so fussy, and my movement could be better (although I walk my dogs every day).

TheChosenTwo · 03/01/2026 14:01

I scored 2! Because I vape and don’t sleep
well 🥴
I exercise a lot, eat well and am living quite stress free - but the vaping…

I didn’t tick porridge either and I didn’t tick bread but got a 10.

SunandWine · 03/01/2026 14:04

Hmm. I got a 9 and the advice to improve my sleep. If only. I doubt many people are insomniac for the fun of it. Confused

Me too!

havingamarvelloustimeruiningeverything · 03/01/2026 14:08

i got 8 but I think I was feeling generous with the sleep question.
i need to improve sleep and eat less pre-prepared food. Context is I’m a flight attendant that works shifts (hence broken sleep) and lives off aeroplane crew food when working.

Funnys · 03/01/2026 14:09

7, need to improve on vaping and alcohol, neither of which I intend to do!

LilyFeather · 03/01/2026 14:09

well I got 9 out of 10 but the advice is out of date

advising me to swap out full fat Greek yogurt / cheese for low fat foods for example

so it’s flawed

Toastersandkettles · 03/01/2026 14:11

I got a 9. I need to improve my eating choices apparently, such as using reduced or low fat alternatives and taking soy milk instead of whole milk. None of that will be happening!

This was the same as me. Bit of a slap in the face really as I put a lot of time and effort into scratch cooking and all of that. Made me think what's the point 🫠

I thought that 🤔
I got 8 because of that and because my sleep is wank… that’s having a baby who declines sleep regularly 😂

elQuintoConyo · 03/01/2026 14:18

I got 9, it told me to get better sleep. I'm perimenopausal and sleep 6 hours a night, interrupted by multiple wees. I'm stressed because I teach 7-10 year olds (I prefer teens, piece of piss), and because I can't sleep. What can you do?! Go for a brisk walk, meditate, drink more water....

HappiestSleeping · 03/01/2026 14:20

9/10

I drink too much (not a surprise).

I told it I ate full fat dairy and got a 10. I agree that full fat can be better, my cholesterol dropped when I switched back to full fat dairy for example as it lowered my triglycerides.
