Is it just me or have TV chat shows gone really downhill?

I like her. She makes me laugh.

And considering she claims to be a lesbian and not bisexual, it's extra distasteful to hear her brag about how much she loved being used as a sexual object by random men. Ugh.

As soon as I saw she was in the line up I chose not to watch it, even though I was interested in the other guests.
She is unutterably foul. Absolutely disgusting, has no sense of context and just takes over every conversation.
Why she is invited back I have no idea, unless it is for the shock factor. Repellant woman.

I met her once and she was farting repeatedly in a nice London restaurant. Just absolutely vile and gross. I also think she’s lying. Her stories aren’t been interesting or funny they are gross. Oh haha you wanked off strangers because you felt you couldn’t say no? Shut up.

I fear you concept of "discussion" has passed you by. It's fine in this context to say I don't like something, especially if you explain why. If you do like it, that's fine too - you could always counter the other person's narrative with your own views. Or you could simply come across all offended and effectively tell the other person to "shut up", I suppose. Or if you don't like the thread, you don't have to read it. There's so many others to choose from....

I do like her, quite a lot, but I do also feel that Graham wheels her out whenever he thinks the other guests might be a bit dull or stiff, and he needs a bit more SM content sharing of various 'ooh look what Miriam said this time' clips.

It's a cheap stunt tbh and I am sure Miriam knows this, gives zero fucks and happily takes home the paychecks and at her age, wouldn't you?

Glenn Close wears well and is much nicer than I ever imagined. Alexander Skarsgard is gorgeous, funny too. I don't know Nicola Coughlan, I never watched 'Derry Girls', but she was charming. Very good to see Jessie J back on form.

I'm more than half way through now and think it's hilarious. Miriam Margoyles is great, she's always been OTT, we know that.

I will have to check it out, MM always seems to be wheeled out on chat shows for the shock factor which gave me the impression she was awful and wondering how she got the job on Harry Potter. I was surprised she was ok in the celeb Marigold Hotel & I've since watched some of her some travel shows.

I find dawn french similar, they have become annoying.
