No-one is mentioning Trump's stroke

It's like tumbleweed out there. During the live televised 9/11 remembrance service Trump's face drooped on one side.

No-one in the mainstream media seems to be mentioning it.

Ive only seen it mentioned on IHIP and the Meidas Touch.

Yeah it's weird, his face is completely drooping one side.

Ddakji · 12/09/2025 09:14

What?!

Nevertrustacop · 12/09/2025 09:17

Bells palsy? Does he have any other symptoms of a stroke that have come on since the facial drop?

HairyToity · 12/09/2025 09:17

Just googled, it does indeed look like a mini stroke.

Mrsmunchofmunchington · 12/09/2025 09:18

I have just googled this and the one photo I could see doesn’t look like anything more than a fleeting facial expression on an old orange bloke.
Shame though.

ShesTheAlbatross · 12/09/2025 09:19

I saw that - I thought I was looking at a still picture maybe taken at an unfortunate moment until he blinked. But the right side of his mouth had completely dropped.

It’s not fleeting. I also assumed just an odd picture, but it isn’t.

Now you have my hopes up again.

His message about Charlie Kirk had a touch of the AI generated about it too.

Westfacing · 12/09/2025 09:27

I've just watched a few minutes of the footage.

It looks to me like an older man having difficulty in concentrating and staying awake, so keeps fidgeting in his chair and trying to look sad and sincere during the bit where names are being read out.

I don't think he's had a stroke.

Blimey, how horrid. I wonder how you will expect people to react when one of your family becomes ill?

This a short video on threads on him at the memorial. I’m not a dr but that is surely not a typical face.

And I can only imagine the reaction from him if Biden had looked like that.

If any of my family behaved in the manner in which he has, they would not be part of my immediate family anymore

I actually thought it sounded more human than normal. Grin Which isn’t really a good thing.

The USA need some younger presidents.

I know right? What is is with America and elderly men?

*Edited because people are weird about some words

If Trump dies then we'll all have to suffer that appalling blister Vance.

Trump isn't exactly caring himself, is he now?

People are losing it. Celebrating all kinds of things, whether it’s a stroke or the Charlie Kirk stuff.

TheOtherAgentJohnson · 12/09/2025 09:49

A couple of weeks ago there was all this speculation that Trump had died because he disappeared for a couple of days (which he never does). He's also been reluctant to leave Washington for a while, which some are suggesting is because he needs to be near the Presidential hospital or whatever it is. He clearly had a stroke, but it'll never be admitted because he's an old-school authoritarian and they always have to be indestructible Strong Men.

Have you forgotten just how nasty and spiteful Trump was towards Biden when he was looking ill and frail?

He mocked and taunted 'Sleepy Joe' mercilessly.

RedToothBrush · 12/09/2025 09:51

Apart from everyone who was mentioning it all day long yesterday.

It was quite a big news day yesterday. This one can keep from wider reporting for a few days. It WILL be discussed at length, I'm quite sure.
