so he’s done a vow renewal after only getting wed in 2022 and none of his siblings or parents were there, just seems to have been organised by his billionaire wife’s parents. It looks like a very deliberate fuck you to his family. What can they have done to deserve such shocking treatment? It’s bizarre. And let’s hope the marriage to the (reportedly prickly, hard work) billionaire works, so he doesn’t have to come crawling back to Mum and Dad………

I think he has had opportunities most young men can dream of, and he has just seems to wandered about aimlessly, and wasted it.

I doubt he’d be so willing to cut out his own millionaire family if his wife was from a working class background and didn’t have obscene amounts of cash at her disposal.

Agree. I think it’s a case of ego on the part of the bride, her family has more money than the Beckhams. Hugely emotionally immature to take a son away from his family- he didn’t attend any of David’s 50th birthday celebrations. She doesn’t come across as at all likeable.

As has been said, Brooklyn has nothing whatsover to offer. Zero talent or skills. I think he is a troubled young man, and I fear for him and his future. I think he has some serious issues.

Seems to me pretty clear what's going on with the Beckham kid. One - the gossip rags have run out of spiteful fodder on Meghan Markle that isn't a repetition of years-old news, so they've homed in on the nearest moving target. Two - better still, once again a woman can be blamed for something, and here we have yet another evil DiL who has 'isolated' her DH, preventing the poor, unwilling sap by force from having any contact with his previously loving family. One party (the man's family) is entirely innocent bar the MiL sometimes getting ideas 'above' her station: the other side are the devil incarnate.

It's a story as old as time, borne of exactly the same old misogyny. In reality no one has the smallest clue why, or if, these uninspiring, wealthy people are not in contact with his family.
