Can someone please explain what gagging means??

"Reached out to" someone when you just mean "contacted them".

"Standing in my truth" 🤮

"Being my authentic self".

"I won’t tell a lie" (no-one suspected you were going to until you said that)

"I hear what you’re saying" (but I'm going to ignore it anyway).

"That’s for me to know and you to find out." (Infuriating.)

Parking up, i can live with, but, I’ll have no truck with ‘rock up’.

‘Oh My Days’. That’s an annoying little phrase. I only ever seem to hear it from school age kids though, I’d be shocked if an adult used the phrase. Hopefully it’s dying out as I rarely hear it now.

Heard a few recently on Facebook reels and the radio which I find irritating (and ubiquitous) - "reset", " game changer", "(a) non- negotiable " , "date night" , " epic!"

Still used, usually by people that also say ‘bloomin’ hell’

I say blimmin heck sometimes lol but never (ever) oh my days.
