Driving myself mad looking for “The One”. And also I’ve got my wedding head on so these are the type of things I’m obsessed with talking about at the moment!

Check the lyrics!!! Me and DH decided to listen to some of our proposed wedding songs on a long car journey to discuss and make final choices and some of the ones we’d thought were romantic were absolutely tragic (James Bay I’m looking at you!!!).

Went for Butterflies by Kacey Musgraves which was more quiet and romantic than a showstopper but I’d heard live in my early days of dating DH and had really grabbed me as very apt. No one else knew it but it was really special to me.

I also heard “Before You” by Benson Boone the other day and sent it to DH as “this would have been a contender if we weren’t already married”. Really sweet love song and ironically references dancing to Chasing Cars!
