vodkaredbullgirl · 25/05/2025 17:02

Nothing and in mid 50s.

RosesAndHellebores · 25/05/2025 17:06

64

Prescribed: levothyroxine, calcium, annual infusion of zolendronate for osteoporosis.

Supps: vitD, turmeric, selenium

LogicalBlodge · 25/05/2025 17:06

Mid 40s

Immune suppressant - have no choice but to take this
Daily inhaler

Optional - adhd medication, anti histamine, vitamin d/k2 spray

I don't really bother with multivitamins but I sometimes pop a vitamin C tablet or a B vitamin if I'm feeling tired or stressed.

I've extensively used one of those nutrition tracking apps so I know that I'm generally hitting my nutrition targets.

I'm thinking of giving collagen a go for skin.

faerietales · 25/05/2025 17:20

I'm 36 and take naproxen, paroxetine and tranexamic acid (all prescribed).

JurgenKloppsTeeth · 25/05/2025 17:24

48
2 pumps of oestrogel (I have a mirena so no progesterone tablets)

I take vit D in the autumn and winter

C’est tout for now, although if I don’t get my cholesterol under control I might be facing statins before long.

Sometimes I wonder if I should take some supplements 😆

LavenderBlue19 · 25/05/2025 17:37

43 and only vitamin D, but all year round as I don't seem to absorb it well (levels are always a bit low but very very low in winter).

Seriously considering mounjaro, before my age and weight combine to mean I need more medications as I get older.
