How many medications and supplements do you take

I'm 65 and take one tablet for each
blood pressure
High cholesterol
Cancer
Hayfever
Calcium for my bones.
Turmeric for joint problems.

I thought of taking collagen for my skin and nails but don't want to overload my body.

Early thirties.

I take citalopram and apple cider vinegar every day.
I sometimes take an antihistamine (when eczema flares up) and have been off and on iron tablets the last few years. Not currently taking these though.

Mid 40s and I take a vitamin gummy every day. I can't swallow pills (have tried all the tricks) so I'm screwed if I ever need to start taking regular meds.

multivitamin and cod liver oil every day

also about 8 different vitamins suggested for constant headaches I took religiously but for some reason stopped I must start again

evening primrose oil - for HRT caused sore boobs
magnesium complex - to help sleep and keep regular

recently stopped after weight loss (had been on both for 8 years) -

Brown inhaler 2 puffs twice a day for asthma, haven’t had to use my blue inhaler for a long time.

Antihistamine, one a day in the winter, twice daily in the summer.

Supplements, I take magnesium, lion’s mane, vitamin D and ashwaghanda.

I'm 39. Right now I'm taking loads because I'm recovering from an op and complications but usually it's just Ivabradine twice a day for dysautonomia. I use electrolytes too for the dysautonomia, not sure if that counts.
