It’s not the same at all. The discussion here is about the moral righteousness of the leader(s) of the catholic church when they are absolutely not in a position to be morally righteous.

You don’t need to make a point of looking into his speech. It’s all over the news…You need to understand the cultural and political influence the Catholic Church has to understand the context of why non -catholics take an interest too.

We are all sinners - it's just a matter of degree....

At the end of the day God will decide how "morally righteous" we all are (or not)

I am not talking about ONE speech and if you do not have an understanding of the position of the catholic church and the pope in the world, then I don’t have the time to summarise that for you. Much rather discuss with people with a bit of knowledge.
