Salmon, baby potatoes and loads of salad .

We had fajitas in the garden for lunch. Probably something cold and simple for tea x

A chicken curry I made last night using a Pataks kit. I prefer it the next day when the flavour is stronger. I’m having it with a couple of chapatis rather than rice.

I have lots of mushrooms and some spinach to use up so probably going to invent some sort of pasta sauce with that for us all tonight.

Chicken kievs and homemade chips cos we are on the way home from a night away and that's what I have in the freezer and cupboard.

Caesar salad with fish goujons and garlicky mini roast potatoes. Slightly random combination but it works and we all like it.

Beef stew and dumplings. I think that's more of a winter thing but I won't say no as I'm not cooking.

Tomato and mascarpone risotto with sticky halloumi. First time I’m making it and it’s in the slow cooker so resisting the urge to go and prod it.

Yesterday we had chicken breasts topped with tomato pesto and cheese, with boiled new potatoes and frozen veg.

If you dont mind I would like the recipe to that, it sounds tasty and something I can bung on and leave when im working.

Seasoned mince with salad, gherkins and burger sauce on some chips/nachos (depending on the child) and some garlic bread on the side.

Tandoori chicken skewers on the BBQ with salad and homemade samosas.

Fakeaway Chinese, egg fried rice, chicken balls, bbq ribs, gyoza, hoisin chicken pancakes & salt n chilli chips oh and spring rolls! I really cba now but I've committed to it now!
