How close is your closest IKEA?

My nearest IKEA is 45 minutes away (on a good day).

A product was out of stock and I was looking for alternative stores and I was surprised at how few stores they actually have.

20mins in good traffic.

30 mins on motorway.

Nearly 100 miles away

About an hour or so, never go as too busy roads to get there (don't like driving)!

We are in between two, both 45 mins drive.

I have two that are just over an hour away. But strangely they are fairly close together.

We are equidistant between 2, both pretty much exactly an hour away in opposite directions.

Mine is a five minute drive way! Dangerous 😂😂

About an hour and a half. I just buy online for home delivery.

About 6 miles away, 45 minutes by public transport.

1 hour 6 minutes. We don't bother much.

90 minutes

Very close but previously we were 45 minutes away. When people come to visit me they always ask can they just pop to Ikea

40 min. They do click and collect now to some Tesco stores and our nearest is 10 min

About 20 mins drive away. For many years we lived just round the corner. We have a lot of stuff from Ikea.

About an hour. I don’t mind, we don’t go that often, and if we go just make a day off it. Have lunch there, and Ds uses the play centre

20 minutes for me. We very rarely go and if I do it’s on my way back from the office.

Two hours- I went last week.

Not far away enough.

We had one in the city next door to the town we live in (about 8 miles) But they closed it down. Now the closest two to us are 32 and 42 miles away.

Fifteen minutes and if I ever want a divorce I can just suggest a visit to DH.

9 miles but it would probably take 40 mins to an hour to get there.

25 miles

120 miles, there's not one in the whole of East Anglia (except a collection point, but I like to browse!).

Why are you surprised at the stores?

Their business model is setting up giant warehouses in the middle of nowhere. They have never been a retailer with lots of convenient stores as a result.
