Dressinggownlife · 01/03/2025 19:54

Flags in a home? None in my house

GrandHighPoohbah · 01/03/2025 19:54

I have a couple of home made ones the DC made when they were younger 😁

ILoveYouJefferyS · 01/03/2025 19:54

Huh?.

tinydynamine · 01/03/2025 19:55

I used to have a flag of the German Democratic Republic when I was young, naïve and believed all of their propaganda. Zero flags now.

Wildflowers99 · 01/03/2025 19:56

None.

MrsMoastyToasty · 01/03/2025 19:56

Two. An England one and a Scotland one.

AyeBeeSea · 01/03/2025 19:57

I've got two flags from Swallows and Amazons that I made because my dc used to play it all of the time and dh has a flag from his country of birth on his desk.

TeenToTwenties · 01/03/2025 19:57

A couple of Union Jacks/flags and a George cross. And bunting. Get put out for royal occasions and sometimes Olympics, and the George Cross one perhaps if England get to a football final.

Sherrystrull · 01/03/2025 19:58

A Union Jack we display during the Olympics and a couple the kids got from sporting events when they were given out free to support their teams. They have them in their bedrooms.

MrsJHernandez · 01/03/2025 19:58

Umm. None. Personally I find them a bit "chavvy". Sorry!

OfDragonsDeep · 01/03/2025 19:59

Loads, I keep them for events. Love a chance to get the flags out.

BooksAndHooks · 01/03/2025 20:00

3 maybe the ones DH used to take to the Grand Prix and a flag from when our relatives from abroad came to visit.

Which is sad when other countries can display their flags with pride.
I see more Ukrainian flags on my journey to DD's college than British ones.

FranksInvisibleLlama · 01/03/2025 20:01

DC has a Pride flag, that’s the only one.

I was just saying that to the Queen the other day.

CrushingOnRubies · 01/03/2025 20:02

Have a Union Jack and a Cornish/ St Piran's flag up in the loft.

Might dig out the st St Piran's flag out for St Priran's day on Wednesday

I'm not sure you could describe the little paper flags my grandmother displays during royal weddings, jubilees etc as chavy

CuteKoalas · 01/03/2025 20:03

None

WeeOrcadian · 01/03/2025 20:04

Bizarre question, even for MN

TheChosenTwo · 01/03/2025 20:04

Dd has a pride one hanging on her bedroom wall.

Underthemilktree · 01/03/2025 20:04
